 THIS SITE IS AN EXISTING NON-CONFORMING SITE (CORNER
 CLEAR DISTANCE IS LESS THAN 75 FT, EXISTING PARKING,
 PARKING CONFIGUARATION REQUIRES BACKING DIRECTLY ONTO
 STREET).
  
 PLEASE DEMONSTRATE THAT THE MODIFICATIONS WILL RESULT
 IN A DECCREASE IN IMPERVIOUS AREA AND WILL NOT RESULT
 IN AN INCREASE IN THE VELOCITY OR VOLUME OF OFF-SITE
 STORMWATER DISCHARGE. [CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTIONS
 90-201, 94-35(C )(11), 94-307, AND 94-580]
  
 ON SHEET SP-1, PLEASE CORRECT THE HORIZONTAL SCALE TO
 MATCH THE SCALE USED ON THE PLANS AND CORRECT ACCESS
 AISLE WIDTH ON THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACE DETAIL TO
 MATCH THE PLAN VIEW.
  
 A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FROM THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
 WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL WORK WITHIN THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE APPLICATION FORM AND
 CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS CAN BE FOUND AT
