 1) THE WINDOW SUBMITTED IS FOR A JELD-WEN PREMIUM
 ATLANTIC ALUMINUM 6100 SINGLE HUNG WINDOW NON-IMPACT .
 THE 5 EGRESS WINDOWS THAT ARE BEING INSTALLED ARE A
 36X63 NON-IMPACT WINDOW. PLEASE PROVIDE MANUFACTURERS
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THIS WINDOW. THE 2ND STORY WINDOWS
 REQUIRE A 5.7 SQ. FT. CLEAR OPENING. DPENDING ON THE
 MANUFACTURERS SOME WINDOWS MEET THE 2ND STORY EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTAND SOME HAVE MODIFIED SASH STOPS TO
 MEETTHIS WINDOW WITH THE DIMENSIONS OF 36X63 INCH
 WINDOW, THE 2ND ISSUE WITH THIS PARTICULAR WINDOW IS
 THE TOP SASH IS SMALLER THAN THE BOTTOM SASH SO THE
 BOTTOM SASH WILL HANG BENEATH THE UPPER VENT.
 2010 FBC-R R310.1.1 MINIMUM OPENING AREA.
 ALL EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS SHALL HAVE A
 MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING OF 5.7 SQUARE FEET (0.530
 M2).
 EXCEPTION: GRADE FLOOR OPENINGS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM
 NET CLEAR OPENING OF 5 SQUARE FEET (0.465 M2).
  
 2) DEPENDING ON THE RESULTS OF COMMENT # 1 THE HEIGHT
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE SHUTTERS MAY NEED TO BE MODIFIED.
 THE SECOND ISSUE WITH THE SHUTTER INSTALATION SCHEDULE
 IS THE SPACING HAS NOT BEEN IDENTIFIED ON THE CHART OR
 ON THE SCHEDULE. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL DATAREQUIRED.
