 CODE: 2010 FBC.
  
 1- SOIL TEST REPORT FOOTING RECOMMENDATIONS CALL FOR 40
 INCH-WIDE SQUARE FOOTINGS. SIZE OF FOOTINGS SHOWN ON
 PLANS ARE SMALLER. ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW SOIL
 TEST REPORT AND DETERMINE IF FOOTING SIZE SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS IS ADEQUATE EVEN AFTER REVIEWING THE SOIL TEST
 REPORT. SEC. 107.2.1.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 2- WALL SECTIONS ON SHEET S1: REVISE SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 THE HIGH RIBBED METAL LATH ATTACHMENT. REVISE THE NAIL
 SIZE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH ASTM C1063 SEC. 7.10.2.3.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR THAT MEETS THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 CALCULATED BY THE ENGINEER. AND, NEED TO PROVIDE
 CURRENT NOA BECAUSE NOA 11-0414.12 SUBMITTED WAS
 SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE.
 B) ROOF TILE FOAM. NOA 12-0228.18 SUBMITTED WAS
 SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE. NEED CURRENT NOA.
  
 4- DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE
 ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1
 OF CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 5- ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) REVISE DOORS INFORMATION ON SHEET 3 OF 5. THERE ARE
 NOT WOOD WOOD DOORS. SEE PLANS AND PRODUCT APPROVALS
 SUBMITTED. SEC. 103.2.1.1.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
 B) REVISE ORIENTATION OF WALLS, DOORS AND WINDOWS TO
 MATCH ACTUAL ORIENTATION SHOWN ON THE SURVEY. SEC.
 103.2.1.1.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 C) COORDINATE HEATING AND COOLING INFORMATION WITH
 REVISED EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS. (SEE MECHANICAL
 REVIEW COMMENTS DATED 12/9/14).
  
 6- PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 WINDOWS AND DOORS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE U-FACTOR
 AND SHGC FACTOR SPECIFIED IN THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS IN
 ITEM #7. REQUIRED BY SEC. 103.2.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
