 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $291,332. THE
 PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $5104.60.
  
 9- SPECIFY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS IN PLANS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R315 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 10- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 B) OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 COORDINATE WITH ITEM #4(C) ABOVE.
 C) ROOF TILE FOAM IF SPECIFIED BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD IN ITEM #7(E) ABOVE. SEE ROOF TILE NOA FOR
 LISTED FOAM.
 D) ENTRY DOOR AS SHOWN ON PLANS. DRAWINGS SUBMITED ARE
 MISSING THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE. NEED
 THIS TO VERIFY IF DOOR WAS APPROVED OR NOT. IF THERE IS
 NOT FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL, THEN DOOR MANUFACTURER
 MAY SUBMITT COMPLETE ENGINEERING ANALYSIS FOR LOCAL
 PRODUCT APPROVAL REVIEW.
 E) SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTOR SPECIFIED ON PLANS AND
 DETAILS. REVISE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL SPECIFIED ON
 SHEET A3 FOR CONNECTOR #1. NEED PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
