 THIS WILL PUT THIS SPACE INTO A ASSEMBLY USAGE. SECTION
 508.2 PROVIDES THE CRITERIA TO DETERMINE IF THIS AREA
 IS TO BE CLASSIFIED AS A ACCESSORY OCCUPANCY OR IF THIS
 WILL BE CONSIDERED A MIXED OCCUPANCY. PLEASE REVIEW
 508.2.1 AREA LIMITATIONS. 508.2.1 AREA LIMITATIONS.
 AGGREGATE ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES SHALL NOT OCCUPY MORE
 THAN 10 PERCENT OF THE BUILDING AREA OF THE STORY IN
 WHICH THEY ARE LOCATED AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TABULAR
 VALUES IN TABLE 503, WITHOUT BUILDING AREA INCREASES IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 506 FOR SUCH ACCESSORY
 OCCUPANCIES.
 PLEASE PROVIDE ALL OF THE SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR ASSEMBLY
 USAGE ON THIS FLOOR, IF IT EXCEEDS 10 % OF THE FLOOR
 PLATE THEN THIS AREA WOULD BE CONSIDERED AN A3 ASSEMBLY
