 1) THIS IS NOT A DESIGNATED SIGN ZONE LOCATION IN THE
 CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN. THE SIGN ZONE(S) IS
 DIRECTLY OVER THE ARCHES. THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN
 PLAN ALLOWS VARIANCES FROM THIS PROVISION IF YOU
 PROVIDE A NOTARIZED LETTER FROM CITYPLACE THAT THEY
 HAVE GRANTED THE SPECIFIC VARIANCE TO MOVE THE SIGN IN
 THE HORIZONTAL PLANE OF THE SIGN ZONE.
  
 2) THE SIGN DIMENSIONS PROVIDED DO NOT INCLUDE ALL OF
 THE SIGN AREA THAT THE CITY MEASURES. ONE BOX SHALL BE
 DRAWN AROUND THE ENTIRE SIGN. THE TOP TO BOTTOM IS THE
 35 INCH HEIGHT OF THE PALM TREE. THE LEFT TO RIGHT -
 FROM THE PALM FROND TO THE LETTER H, WHICH INCLUDES THE
 SPACE BETWEEN THE TREE AND THE LETTER L SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN MEASURES SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR
 EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. THE STOREFRONT
 IS 27 FEET WIDE, SO THE SIGN MAY ONLY BE 27 SQ. FT.
 STAFF'S ROUGH CALCULATION BASED ON THE VALUES PROVIDED
 SHOW THE SIGN IN EXCESS OF 45 SQ. FT. CITYPLACE MAY
 APPROVE IN WRITING A VARIANCE TO INCREASE IN THE SIGN
 SQUARE FOOTAGE BY 25 PERCENT (UP TO 33.75 SQ. FT.)
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSION THAT THE SIGN PROJECTS
 FROM THE WALL.
