 PLANNING DEPT. HAS AGREED TO USING RAILROAD TIES IN
 LIEU OF CONCRETE CURBING TO PROTECT THE LANDSCAPING IN
 THE SOUTHERN ISLAND.
  
 PLANNING DEPT. ALSO AGREED TO THE USE OF PLASTIC/RUBBER
 WHEEL STOPS WITHIN THE PRIVATE PARKING LOT.
