 REQUIRED FOR EXITING THE SITE. PLEASE REVISE PLANS.
  
 2. WILL THE PERMEABLE LANDSCAPE PAVERS BE INSTALLED AS
 PART OF THE RESTRIPING TO CREATE THE BACK-UP AREA? IF
 SO, PLEASE INDICATE THAT IN THE SCOPE OF WORK.
 OTHERWISE, WHEN WILL THE PAVERS BE INSTALLED?
  
 3. DIMENSIONS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY HAS
 OMITTED THE 4 FOOT SWALE AREA SO THE 41 FOOT BACKING UP
 DEPTH IS SHOWN LARGER THAN IT REALLY CAN BE.
  
 4. IT IS UNCLEAR WHAT THE DEPTH OF THE PARKING SPACES
 WILL BE. DEPTH OF ALL PARKING SPACES DIMENSION TO 18
 FEET IN LENGTH, HOWEVER, DIMENSIONS ON THE NORTH SIDE
 OF THE PROPERTY INDICATED THE SMALL PARKING SPACES WILL
 ALL BE 16 FEET IN DEPTH. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE
 HANDICAP PARKING SPACE IS REQUIRED TO BE A MINIMUM OF
 18 FEET IN LENGTH. PLEASE REVIEW ALL DIMENSIONS
 PROVIDED ON THE PLAN AND REVISE OR CLARIFY ACCORDINGLY.
  
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
  
 5. STANDARD STRIPING DETAIL HAS BEEN ATTACHED TO THE
 PLANS TO SHOW DOUBLE STRIP CONNECTED AT THE BOTTOMS AS
 WELL AS STRIPING WIDTH, STRIPING COLORS, AND REQUIRED
 SIGNAGE.
  
 6. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CLASS B SPECIAL USE PERMIT,
 ENGINEERING PLANS ADDRESSING STORMWATER ISSUES NEED TO
 BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO OR CONCURRENTLY WITH
 THE APPROVAL OF THE RESTRIPING FOR THE PARKING LOT TO
 MAKE SURE REVIEW OF THE ENGINEERING PLANS FOR
 STORMWATER DOES NOT AFFECT THE FINAL DESIGN OF THE
 PARKING LOT STRIPING.
  
 7. SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED, AS DETERMINED BY
 THE BUILDING DIVISION, FOR INSTALLATION OF THE PAY
 METER KIOSKS.
