 BY A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL (ARCHITECT, CIVIL ENGINEER,
 AND/OR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT). PLEASE SUBMIT SIGNED AND
 SEALED PLANS. (FAC 61G15-23.002, FS 481.221 AND
 481.321)
  
 2. PLEASE SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR A DEVELOPMENT
 PERMIT FROM THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. ANY WORK WITHIN
 THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WILL ALSO REQUIRED A RIGHT-OF-WAY
 PERMIT. APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE FOUND AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
 (SECTIONS 2-421 AND 78-432, CODE OF ORDINANCES)
  
 3. THE SITE WAS PREVIOUSLY PAVED WITHOUT OBTAINING THE
 NECESSARY AUTHORIZATIONS FROM THE CITY. DEMONSTRATE
 THAT THE PROJECT, CONVERTING A VACANT LOT INTO A PAVED
 PARKING LOT, PROVIDES ADEQUATE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT,
 INCLUDING NOT MODIFYING THE VELOCITY OR VOLUME OF
 OFF-SITE STORMWATER DISCHARGE.. COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER
 40E-4 FAC WILL DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 PROVISION. [CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTIONS 90-201, 94-35(C
 )(11), 94-307, AND 94-580]
  
 4. THE NORTHERN KIOSK IS SHOWN WITHIN THE PROPOSED
 SWALE. HOW KIOSK BE ACCESSES BY CUSTOMERS OF THE
 PARKING FACILITY? DEMONSTRATE THAT THE KIOSK WILL NOT
 REDUCE THE CALCULATED DETENTION CAPACITY OF THE SWALE.
  
 5. DIMENSION THE "LANDSCAPE PAVERS" AREA AND INDICATE
 THE TYPE OF PAVER TO BE USED AND SUBGRADE REQUIREMENTS.
 THE PAVER BACK-UP AREA WILL NEED TO MEET THE STRIPING
 AND DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-111(C)(2) OF
 THE CODE OF ORDINANCES.
  
 6. DEMONSTRATE THAT THE PARKING LOT ENTRANCE MEETS THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-313 OF THE CODE OF
 ORDINANCES, INCLUDING THE CORNER CLEAR DISTANCE.
  
 7. REVISE THE PARKING LOT ENTRANCE TO MEET CITY
 STANDARD DETAIL GC-7. THE DETAIL CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
  
 8. THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF THE HISTORICAL
 PRESERVATION BOARD APPROVAL WERE NOT MET BY THIS
 APPLICATION.
  
 - PROVIDE A STRIPING DETAIL ON THE PLANS THAT IS
 COMPLAINCE WITH CITY STANDARDS. (CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES, SECTION 94-485)
  
 - PROVIDE PROPER SIGNAGE AND STIPING AT THE SITE EXIT.
 (SECTION 86-73)
  
 - DEMONSTRATE ACCESS TO PAY KIOSKS IS INCOMPLIANCE WITH
 ADA REQUIREMENTS (PUBLIC OPEN SPACE DEFINITION, SECTION
 94-109)
  
 - INDICATE ON THE PLANS THAT THE "LANDSCAPE PAVERS"
 WILL BE A GRASS PERMEABLE PAVER
  
 - PROVIDE PROPER SIGNAGE FOR THE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACE.
  
 - REVISE THE SWALE DETAIL SO THAT THE TOP DIMENSION
 FITS INTO THE SPACE SHOWN ON THE AVAILABLE GREEN SPACE
 SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 - SHOW THE SWALE CENTER LINE LOCATION ON THE PLANS AND
 INDICATE HOW THE SWALE WILL BE CONSTRUCTED WITHOUT
 DAMAGING THE EXISTING TREES.
  
 - EVAULATE THE GRADING ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
 SITE TO ENSURE THAT THE STORM RUNOFF WILL REACH THE
 PROPOSED SWALE.
  
 - VERIFY THAT THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING WILL NOT
 INTERFERE WITH THE FUNCTION OF THE SWALE, WHICH IS TO
 STORE STORMWATER RUNOFF FOR WATER QUALITY TREATMENT
 THROUGH PERCOLATION AND ATTENUATE PEAK RUNOFF FROM THE
 DESIGN STORM.
  
 - PROVIDE DRAINAGE AND WATER QUALITY TRERATMENT
 CALCULATIONS SIGNED AND SEALED BY A PROFESSIONAL
 ENGINEER.
  
 - PROVIDE SPOT GRADES AT THE PROPERTY LINE TO VERIFY
 THAT THE SITE WILL PROVIDE WATER QUALITY TREATMENT
 PRIOR TO DISCHARGING OFF-SITE AND THAT THE RUNOFF WILL
 NOT DISCHARGE ONTO THE PROPERTY TO THE EAST.
  
 - REVISE THE PLAN DIMENSIONS TO INCLUDE THE FOUR FEET
 OF PAVEMENT REMOVAL. THE 16-FT STALL DEPTH DOES NOT
 APPEAR TO TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT
  
 - PROVIDE THE VERTICAL DATUM REFERENCE (NGVD 1929).
  
 - DIMENSION THE DRIVE AISLE AND CURB CUT WIDTHS. THEY
 SHOULD BE NO LESS THAN 24 FEET.
