 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE WITH MAXIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE
 FOR SIGNAGE. BASED ON THE ESTIMATED FACADE AREA OF
 3,200 SQ. FT. AND BEING ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING,
 THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THIS SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING IS 156.6 SQ. FT. IF APPLICANT DETERMINES A
 DIFFERENT SQUARE FOOTAGE, CALCULATIONS CLEARLY SHOWING
 HOW THE AMOUNT WAS DERIVED SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR
 REVIEW.
  
 2. MAXIMUM PERMITTED SIGNAGE INCLUDES ALL SIGNS ON THAT
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THERE WERE NO CALCULATIONS
 PROVIDED DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUIREMENT
 AND TOTAL SIGNAGE ON THIS SIDE OF THE BUILDING APPEARS
 TO EXCEED MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SQUARE FOOTAGE.
