 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE SUBMITTED PLANS ARE PLANS THAT INDICATE THEY ARE
 1/4 INCH SCALE THAT WERE REDUCED TO FIT ON 8 1/2X 11
 1/4 PAPER. THEY ARE SMALLER THAN 1/8TH INCH SCALE. THEY
 COPIES ARE ALSO LIGHT AND WILL NOT BE VISIBLE WHEN
 SCANNED INTO RECORD RETENSION. THE 3RD ISSUE THE
 CONTRACTOR OF RECORD GREY CONSTRUCTION WILL NEED TO
 HAVE THE QUALIFIER PRINT THEIR NAME AND SIGN THEIR
 PLANS. NOTE A CGC CAN ONLY PREPARE PLANS FOR WHICH THEY
 ARE LICENSED AND UNDER THEIR SCOPE OF WORK COVERED BY
 THEIR LICENSE. EITHER PROVIDE THE PLUMBING LICENSE
 NUMBER OR A PLUMBING CONTRACTOR OR DESIGN PROFESSIONAL
 ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER FOR THE PLUMBING PLAN.
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 2010 EDITION:
  
 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH
 THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR
 OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS
 MANAGEMENT.
  
 107.3.4 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE.
 107.3.4.1 GENERAL. WHEN IT IS REQUIRED THAT DOCUMENTS
 BE PREPARED BY A REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE
 AUTHORIZED TO REQUIRE THE OWNER TO ENGAGE AND DESIGNATE
 ON THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION A REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL WHO SHALL ACT AS THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE. IF THE
 CIRCUMSTANCES REQUIRE, THE OWNER SHALL DESIGNATE A
 SUBSTITUTE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL PERFORM THE DUTIES
 REQUIRED OF THE ORIGINAL
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING BY
 THE OWNER IF THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE IS CHANGED OR IS UNABLE TO CONTINUE
 TO PERFORM THE DUTIES. THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE
 FOR REVIEWING AND COORDINATING SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS
 PREPARED BY OTHERS, INCLUDING PHASED AND DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL ITEMS, FOR COMPATIBILITY WITH THE DESIGN OF
 THE BUILDING. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA
 RULE 9N-3SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL
 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
 FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR
