 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THERE SEEMS TO BE CONFLICTING INFORMATION IN THE
 BUILDING AND SETBACK DIMENSIONS IN THE SURVEY AND THE
 IN SITE PLAN (SHEET SP-1). PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 2.) MEASUREMENTS IN THE SITE PLAN (SHEET SP-1) ARE
 INCONSISTENT WITH THE SCALE PROVIDED (1/8 INCH = 1
 FT.). PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 3.) SCALE THE ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS.
  
 4.) ILLUSTRATE THE LOCATION OF THE NEW A/C UNITS IN THE
 SITE PLAN (SHEET SP-1). THE A/C UNITS CANNOT PROJECT
 MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO A SETBACK. (ZLDR S.94-305(B)(2))
  
 5.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($165,000) EXCEEDS
 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($134,540) ACCORDING TO
 THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE,
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS
