 1- NEW FIRST FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET S-1: INFORMATION ADDED
 BY THE STAIRWAY IS NOT LEGIBLE. LETTERING IS TOO SMALL.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1.4 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- SHEET S-2:
 A) COLUMN BASE CONNECTOR LCB66 SPECIFIED FOR LVL BEAMS
 DOESN'T WORK. SIZE OF BEAM IS BIGGER THAN THE W1
 DIMENSION OF THE CONNECTOR. ENGINEER TO SPECIFY
 PROPOSED SIZE OF CONNECTOR. ENGINEER TO SPECIFY THE
 UPLIFT LOADS AT THE ENDS OF EACH BEAM AND PROVIDE
 COMPLETE ENGINEERING ANALYSIS SHOWING HOW THE SPECIFIED
 CONNECTOR IS APPROPRIATE FOR THE INSTALLATION. SEC.
 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) CONNECTOR "B" SPECIFIED ON THE CONNECTOR SCHEDULE
 DOESN'T MATCH PROPOSED INSTALLATION AND IS INCOMPLETE.
 PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL THAT MATCHES PROPOSED
 INSTALLATION AND PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED STEEL CONNECTOR. SEC.
 R301.1 CITY AMENDMENTS AND SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) DETAIL C/S2 STAIR WALL DETAIL: PROVIDE COMPLETE AND
 CLEAR DETAIL OF THE STEEL BRACKET. SPECIFY ALL
 DIMENSIONS. PROVIDE DETAIL THAT MATCHES PROPOSED
 INSTALLATION. ALSO, COORDINATE WITH CONNECTOR "C".
 ELEVATION VIEW OF CONNECTOR "C" DOESN'T SHOW HOW IS THE
 STEEL BRACKET ATTACHED TO THE CONCRETE BEAM. SEC.
 R301.1 AND SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 D) PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR THE PRE-CAST LINTELS SPECIFIED ON
 DETAIL C/S2 STAIR WALL DETAIL.
  
 E) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 CONNECTOR OF THE WOOD POST SHOWN ON DETAIL C/S2 STAIR
 WALL DETAIL. SEC. R301.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 F) PROVIDE GUARDRAIL COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION AND
 INSTALLATION DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE LIVE LOADS REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.5
 AND SEC. R312 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. PROVIDE
 ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS SHOWING HOW THE SPECIFIED POST
 CONNECTOR AND THE TOE NAILED #12 SCREWS AS SHOWN ON
 DETAIL A/S2 WILL RESIST THE REQUIRED LOADS. SEC.
 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE NAILING OF THE RAILING PICKETS.
  
 G) ALL THE STAIRS INFORMATION IS MISSING. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE INFORMATION SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC.
 R311.7.4 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 H) PROVIDE COMPLETE FASTENING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE 1 X 6 WOOD DECKING AND 1 X 6
 CYPRESS CEILING. SEC. R301 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 I) CLARIFY IF DECK IS GOING TO BE DESIGNED WITHOUT
 WATERPROOFING. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. OTHERWISE,
 PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION INCLUDING PRODUCT APPROVAL
 AND SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS IF REQUIRED.
 DCA RULE 9N-3.
  
 J) IT'S NOT CLEAR WHY SUBMITTING PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS, WINDOW MULLIONS. THE PLANS DON'T
 SHOW ANY SCOPE OF WORK OF NEW WINDOWS OR WINDOW
 REPLACEMENT. IF THERE IS GOING TO BE WINDOW
 REPLACEMENT, THEN REVISE PLANS AS REQUIRED SHOWING
 AREAS OF WORK. SPECIFY SIZE SIZE AND TYPE OF EXISTING
 WINDOWS AND PROPOSED WINDOWS. SEC. 604 OF 2010
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. REVISE VALUATION DECLARED IN THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION ACCORDINGLY. REPEAT COMMENT.
  
 3- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACT.
