 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 3- SHEET A-5.1: PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STEEL BEAM B-1
 AT THE BEARING POINTS AND HOW ARE THE DECKING HOLLOW
 CORE PANELS ATTACHED TO THE BEAM. SEC. R301 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 4- NEW HOLLOW CORE DECK PLAN ON SHEET A-5.1 CALLS FOR
 6" THICK HOLLOW CORE PANELS, WHILE WALL SECTIONS ON
 SHEET A-5.4 AND SHEET A-5.5 CALL FOR 8" THICK HOLLOW
 CORE PANELS. REVISE/CLARIFY AS REQUIRED TO MATCH AND
 COORDINATE WITH PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 5- PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR THE REQUIRED
 HANDRAIL AT STAIRWAY LEADING TO THE SECOND FLOOR DECK
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R311.7.7 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6- PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR THE SECOND FLOOR
 DECK GUARDRAILS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 LOADS REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.5 AND THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 SEC. R312 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. ALSO, PROVIDE
 COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE SOLID
 GUARDRAIL AS SHOWN ON ELEVATIONS.
  
 7- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. REVISE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL THE
 PAVERS AND STONE VENEER WORK SHOWN ON PLANS, PLUS THE
 ARCHITECT'S FEES.
  
 *** PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
