 CHAPTER 553.80(2)(B) FLORIDA STATUTES STATES THAT A
 LOCAL GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE
 FEE FOR PLAN REVIEW, IF PLANS ARE REJECTED (3) OR MORE
 TIMES FOR REPEATED FAILURE TO CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION.
  
 1) IF THE CONTRACTOR IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
 DESIGN AND DRAFTING OF THE SUBMITTED PLANS, PLEASE
 PRINT NAME, SIGN NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER ON THE PLANS.
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT, REVISE PLANS TO STATE WHAT SIZE OF
 THE EXISTING WINDOW, TYPE OF WINDOW, (AWNING, CASEMENT,
 DOUBLE HUNG OR SINGLE HUNG WINDOW.
 NOTE THESE DIMENSIONS ARE NOT ONLY REQUIRED TO
 DETERMINE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS FOR SLEEPING ROOMS BUT
 ALSO FOR THE SHUTTER SCHEDULE.

 3) REPEAT COMMENT. THE QUESTION HAS BEEN ASKED FOR THE
 EGRESS WINDOWS PROVIDED DIMENSIONS OF 36 X63 IN. PLEASE
 PROVIDE WHAT THE CLEAR OPENING OR VENT SIZE IS OF THE
 EGRESS WINDOWS, THIS HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED, SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-R R310.1.1 MINIMUM OPENING
 AREA.
 GRADE FLOOR OPENINGS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM NET CLEAR
 OPENING OF 5 SQUARE FEET (0.465 M2).
 R310.1.2 MINIMUM OPENING HEIGHT.
 THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING HEIGHT SHALL BE 24 INCHES
 (610 MM).
 R310.1.3 MINIMUM OPENING WIDTH.
 THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING WIDTH SHALL BE 20 INCHES
 (508 MM).
 2010 FBC-EXISTING BLDG. CODE 604.1 GENERAL.
 MEANS OF EGRESS FOR BUILDINGS UNDERGOING ALTERATION
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 601.1 AND
 THE SCOPING PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 1 WHERE APPLICABLE.
 EXCEPTION: DOOR AND WINDOW DIMENSIONS. IN RESIDENTIAL
 DWELLINGS AND DWELLING UNITS, A MAXIMUM OF 5 PERCENT
 REDUCTION IN THE CLEAR OPENING DIMENSIONS OF
 REPLACEMENT DOORS AND WINDOWS SHALL BE ALLOWED.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT; SHUTTER SCHEDULE, THE SHUTTER
 SCHEDULE SUBMITTED IS ONLY FOR THE SLEEPING ROOM
 WINDOWS. ALL WINDOWS BEING REPLACED WILL REQUIRE
 STORM SHUTTERS SINCE THE PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED

 WALL PRESSURE ZONES, SLAT TYPES, ETC., SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED AT TIME OF PERMIT APPLICATION TO FACILITATE
 PLAN REVIEW AND PERMIT ISSUANCE.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
