 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) THIS IS NOT A DESIGNATED SIGN ZONE LOCATION IN THE
 CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN. THE ONLY SIGN LOCATIONS ARE
 SHOWN IN EXHIBIT H TO THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN
 AND COVER THE EXISTING SIGNS ONLY.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN MEASURES SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR
 EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. THE ROUGH
 SKETCH PROVIDED SHOWS 267 LINEAR FEET OF STORE FRONTAGE
 ON THE WESTERN FACADE, WHICH EQUATES TO 267 SQUARE FEET
 OF SIGNAGE PERMITTED. THE APPLICATION STATES THAT THERE
 IS CURRENTLY 657 SQUARE FEET OF SIGNAGE ON THE WEST
 FACADE ( PROVIDE COPIES OF THE PERMITS FOR THE TWO
 EXISTING MUVICO SIGNS SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THE
 STATED EXISTING SQUARE FOOTAGE). CURRENTLY THERE DOES
 NOT APPEAR TO BE ENOUGH SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR ANY
 ADDITIONAL SIGNAGE IF COMMENT NO. 1 CAN BE OVERCOME.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN DOES NOT ALLOW
 EXPOSED RACEWAYS. THE PROPOSED SIGN IS MOUNTED ON A
 RACEWAY AND IS THUS NOT PERMITTED.
