| UTILITY COMPANIES INDICATING THAT THEY HAVE NO |
| OBJECTION TO THE IMPROVEMENTS BEING LOCATED WITHIN |
| THEIR EASEMENT(S); OR |

| III. THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS (SPECIFICALLY THE |
| LANDSCAPING) SHALL BE SHIFTED AND LOCATED OUTSIDE OF |
| THE EASEMENTS. |

| 7. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE |
| SUBMITTED. THE APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH TWO |
| (2) SETS OF SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS AND A |
| CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE (LABOR + MATERIALS). |

| 8. PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED. LIGHTING LEVELS |
| SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES WHEN MEASURED IN A |
| RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT (TO THE WEST). |

| 9. ARE SEPARATE BUILDING PERMITS BEING OBTAINED FOR |
