 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. A CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT PLAN
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT ? CRIME PREVENTION UNIT. A COPY
 OF THE MANAGEMENT PLAN AND APPROVAL LETTER FROM THE
 CRIME PREVENTION UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2. THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT ?
 CRIME PREVENTION UNIT SHALL REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL
 CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS TO ENSURE THEY ADHERENCE TO
 GENERALLY-ACCEPTED CRIME PREVENTION THROUGH
 ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN (CPTED) PRINCIPLES. A LETTER FROM
 THE CRIME PREVENTION UNIT INDICATING THAT SUCH PLANS
 HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED SHALL BE PROVIDED TO
 THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING
 DIVISION.
  
 3. A UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC
 RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA. APPLICATIONS FOR
 A UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM AND SUBMITTED
 TO VINCE NOEL, CITY SURVEYOR, AT 561.494.1096 OR VIA
 EMAIL AT [email protected].
  
 4. A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM THE
 CITY?S ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR ALL WORK
 PROPOSED WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 5. THE TWO (2) NORTHERNMOST CROSS-HATCHED AREAS
 PROPOSED ON GEORGIA AVENUE, SHALL BE ANGLED IN A
 NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST DIRECTION.
  
 6. ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SHALL OCCUR:
  
  I. THE UTILITY EASEMENTS SHOWN ON THE SURVEY SHALL BE
 ABANDONED IF THEY ARE NO LONGER NEEDED; OR
  
  II. AN EASEMENT CONSENT SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM ALL
 UTILITY COMPANIES INDICATING THAT THEY HAVE NO
 OBJECTION TO THE IMPROVEMENTS BEING LOCATED WITHIN
 THEIR EASEMENT(S); OR
  
  III. THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS (SPECIFICALLY THE
 LANDSCAPING) SHALL BE SHIFTED AND LOCATED OUTSIDE OF
 THE EASEMENTS.
  
 7. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED. THE APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH TWO
 (2) SETS OF SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS AND A
 CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE (LABOR + MATERIALS).
  
 8. PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED. LIGHTING LEVELS
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES WHEN MEASURED IN A
 RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT (TO THE WEST).
  
 9. ARE SEPARATE BUILDING PERMITS BEING OBTAINED FOR
 EACH BUILDING? OR ARE THEY ALL BEING CONSTRUCTED UNDER
 ONE (1) BUILDING PERMIT? PLEASE VERIFY WITH THE
 BUILDING DIVISION.
  
 10. SEPARATE ADDRESSES MAY BE REQUIRED FOR EACH
 BUILDING. PLEASE CONTACT SCOTT ALEF AT 561.494.1094 OR
 VIA EMAIL AT [email protected] REGARDING OBTAINING
 ADDRESSES.
  
 11. ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE DONE UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 12. A SEPARATE PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED FOR THE
 LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION.
