 ALTHOUGH THE CITY'S PROJECT AT THIS INTERSECTION IS
 PLANNED TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE NEXT YEAR, THE
 SCHEDULE MAY NOT COINCIDE WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS
 PARCEL. WHAT CONTINGENCY PLANS HAVE BEEN MADE IN THE
 EVENT CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PARCEL PROCEEDS BEFORE THE
 CITY'S PLANNED UTILITY CONSTRUCTION AND INTERSECTION
 IMPROVEMENTS?
  
 THE DRIVEWAY ON GEORGIA AVENUE IS CENTERED ON TWO
 EXISTING POWER POLES. HAVE THE OWNERS OF THE POLES BEEN
 CONTACTED TO DETERMINE IF THE POLES CAN BE RELOCATED?
  
 THERE IS ALSO AN EXISTING ABOVE GROUND VALVE LOCATED
 JUST SOUTH OF THE DRIVEWAY. WILL THIS VALVE BE REMOVED
 OR RELOCATED? IF THE LINE IS GOING TO BE ABANDONED,
 PLEASE INDICATE THAT THE LINE WILL BE REMOVED.
  
 PLEASE REVISE THE SIDEWALK-DRIVEWAY CROSSINGS TO
 INCLUDE DETECTABLE WARNINGS THAT MEET FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE AND ADA GUIDELINES.
  
 THE PLANS SHOW AN EXISTING OVERHEAD UTILITY LINE
 CROSSING OVER THE PROPOSED NORTHERN BUILDING
 (PHARMACY). IS THE OVERHEAD LINE NOT IN AN EXISTING
 EASEMENT? PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE VERTICAL CLEARANCE IS
 SUFFICIENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING.
  
 PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF THE BACKFLOW PREVENTERS
 FOR THE PROPOSED WATER SERVICES. IF ANY OF THE
 BUILDINGS ARE PROPOSED TO BE SPRINKLED, PLEASE SHOW THE
 LOCATION OF THE FIRE LINES.
  
 ARE THE SANITARY SERVICE LINES PROPOSED TO TIE INTO
 EXISTING LATERALS OR ARE NEW CONNECTIONS PROPOSED?
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PIPE SIZE BETWEEN THE MAIN LINE
 AND THE WYE SHOULD BE A MINIMUM SIZE OF 6-INCHES IN
 DIAMETER.
  
 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT APPLICATION E1407002 MUST BE
 APPROVED PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION.
