 1) PLEASE SUBMIT A PERMIT APPLICATION FOR BOTH
 BUILDINGS FOR RECORD KEEPING PURPOSES. CALLING IN
 INSPECTIONS WILL BE DIFFICULT AS WELL AS WHEN TIME TO
 PRINT CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY, WE CAN NOT PRINT TWO
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCIES UNDER ONE PERMIT FOR TWO
 DIFFERENT OCCUPANCIES.PLEASE SPLIT THE VALUE OF EACH
 BUILDING ACCORDINGLY AND WE WILL ASSESS THE PERMIT FEES
 FOR EACH BUILDING FOR PLANS REVIEW & INSPECTIONS.
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.4 THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY,
 OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER
 TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 2) 2010 FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE
 CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL
 IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO
 THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A
 GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION BE CONDUCTED. 1803.6
 REPORTING. WHERE GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS ARE
 REQUIRED, A WRITTEN REPORT OF THE INVESTIGATIONS SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL BY THE OWNER OR
 AUTHORIZED AGENT AT THE TIME OF PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3) PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. 103.3 EXAMINATION OF
 DOCUMENTS. THE CODE OFFICIAL SHALL EXAMINE OR CAUSE TO
 BE EXAMINED THE ACCOMPANYING CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND
 SHALL ASCERTAIN WHETHER THE CONSTRUCTION INDICATED AND
 DESCRIBED IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 THIS CODE AND OTHER PERTINENT LAWS OR ORDINANCES.
  
 103.2.2 DETAILS REQUIRED. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 BE DRAWN TO SCALE UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
 THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED,
 AND SHOW IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL PERTINENT DATA AND
 FEATURES OF THE BUILDING, SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT AS
 HEREIN GOVERNED. DETAILS SHALL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT
 LIMITED TO, AS APPLICABLE, INSULATION MATERIALS AND
 THEIR R-VALUES; FENESTRATION U-FACTORS AND SHGCS;
 AREA-WEIGHTED U-FACTOR AND SHGC CALCULATIONS;
 MECHANICAL SYSTEM DESIGN CRITERIA; MECHANICAL AND
 SERVICE WATER HEATING SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT TYPES, SIZES
 AND EFFICIENCIES; ECONOMIZER DESCRIPTION; EQUIPMENT AND
 SYSTEMS CONTROLS; FAN MOTOR HORSEPOWER (HP) AND
 CONTROLS; DUCT SEALING, DUCT AND PIPE INSULATION AND
 LOCATION; LIGHTING FIXTURE SCHEDULE WITH WATTAGE AND
 CONTROL NARRATIVE; AND AIR SEALING DETAILS.
  
 4) PRODUCT APPROVALS NOTE IF THEY ARE FOR BOTH
 BUILDINGS OR IF FOR A PARTICULAR BUILDING WHICH
 BUILDING, SINCE THE PLANS AND PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE
 SUBMITTED AS ONE PACKAGE. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 5) BOTH BUILDINGS THE PRESSURES ARE IN VULT, PLEASE
 ALSO SHOW VASD SINCE THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE TESTED
 IN VASD. 2010 FBC-B 1609.3.1 WIND SPEED CONVERSION.
 WHEN REQUIRED, ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEEDS OF FIGURE
 1609A, B AND C SHALL BE CONVERTED TO NOMINAL DESIGN
 WIND SPEEDS, VASD, USING TABLE 1609.3.1 OR EQUATION
