 IS OCCURRING WAS INDICATED AS STORAGE, THIS WILL BE
 CONSIDERED A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY UNDER THE 2010 FL
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE AND REVIEWED TO CHAPTER 9,
 PLEASE UPDATE PLANS. 2010 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL
 II 701.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS,
 COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 SHALL BE DETERMINED.

 OCCUPANCY LOAD/EGRESS REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE:

 MEANS OF EGRESS :EXITS
  
 2) SHEET A1.0 DOES NOT INDICATE WHERE THE 2ND MEANS OF
 EGRESS IS LOCATED. THERE IS A NEW DOORWAY CUT BACK INTO
 WHAT SHOWS AS A SMALL ROOM THEN INTO A STORAGE ROOM,
 PLEASE REVIEW EGRESS THROUGH MERCANTILE STORAGE ROOMS.
 2010 FBC-B 1014.2 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES.
 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THIS SECTION.
 1. EGRESS FROM A ROOM OR SPACE SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH
 ADJOINING OR INTERVENING ROOMS OR AREAS, EXCEPT WHERE
 SUCH ADJOINING ROOMS OR AREAS AND THE AREA SERVED ARE
 ACCESSORY TO ONE OR THE OTHER, ARE NOT A GROUP H
 OCCUPANCY AND PROVIDE A DISCERNIBLE PATH OF EGRESS
 TRAVEL TO AN EXIT.
 EXCEPTION: MEANS OF EGRESS ARE NOT PROHIBITED THROUGH
 ADJOINING OR INTERVENING ROOMS OR SPACES IN A GROUP H,
 S OR F OCCUPANCY WHEN THE ADJOINING OR INTERVENING
 ROOMS OR SPACES ARE THE SAME OR A LESSER HAZARD
 OCCUPANCY GROUP.
 4. EGRESS SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH KITCHENS, STORAGE
 ROOMS, CLOSETS OR SPACES USED FOR SIMILAR PURPOSES.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 2. MEANS OF EGRESS ARE NOT PROHIBITED THROUGH
 STOCKROOMS IN GROUP M OCCUPANCIES WHEN ALL OF THE
 FOLLOWING ARE MET:

 THAT FOUND IN THE MAIN RETAIL AREA;
  
 2.2. NOT MORE THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE EXIT ACCESS IS
 THROUGH THE STOCKROOM;
  
 2.3. THE STOCKROOM IS NOT SUBJECT TO LOCKING FROM THE
 EGRESS SIDE; AND
  
 2.4. THERE IS A DEMARCATED, MINIMUM 44-INCH-WIDE (1118
 MM) AISLE DEFINED BY FULL- OR PARTIAL-HEIGHT FIXED
 WALLS OR SIMILAR CONSTRUCTION
 THAT WILL MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED WIDTH AND LEAD DIRECTLY
 FROM THE RETAIL AREA TO THE EXIT WITHOUT OBSTRUCTIONS.

 WITH RAMP EDGE PROTECTION WILL COMPLY. 2010 FL

 4) SHEET A1.0 PLEASE PROVIDE HOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2010
 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE 243.1 GENERAL. WHERE SHOOTING
 FACILITIES WITH FIRING POSITIONS ARE DESIGNED AND
 CONSTRUCTED AT A SITE, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT, BUT NO FEWER
 THAN ONE, OF EACH TYPE OF FIRING POSITION SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 1010.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
