 BUILDING. I COULD NOT LOCATE THE PLAN ON
 FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PLEASE UPDATE THE VALUE OF THE
 IMPROVEMENT AND PROVIDE THE PLAN. ADDITIONALLY, BE
 ADVISED THAT THE FOUNDATION PLAN DOES NOT COMPLY WITH
 FBC R403.1.4 MINIMUM DEPTH. ALL EXTERIOR FOOTINGS SHALL
 BE PLACED AT LEAST 12 INCHES (305 MM) BELOW THE
 UNDISTURBED GROUND SURFACE.
  
 THE BELOW COMMENTS FROM THE SECOND REVIEW ARE NOT
 ADDRESSED.
  
 THE SUBMITTED PLAN IS ONLY A FOUNDATION PLAN AND SURVEY
 SHOWING AN UNIDENTIFIED 36'X23.5 MODULAR BUILDING.
 PROVIDE A PLAN FOR THE BUILDING.PROVIDE ANY OTHER PLANS
 SUCH AS ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AIR CONDONDITIONING AS
 MAY BE NEEDED.
  
 PROVIDE PLANS PER FBC 107.
  
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
