 SQ. FT. WHICH APPEAR TO HAVE INCLUDED THE SECOND FLOOR
 SQUARE FOOTAGE IN THE CALCULATION. ADDITIONALLY, PER

 NUMBER OF TREES WILL NEED TO BE ADJUSTED TO 1 PER 1,200
 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE RATHER THAN 1 PER 1,600
 SQUARE FEET. AS, A RESULT A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) TREES
 AND SEVEN (7) SHRUBS WILL BE REQUIRED.
