 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) ZBA3308 CONDITION OF APPROVAL FOR THE PET CARE
 FACILITY USE WITH OVERNIGHT BOARDING AND AN OUTDOOR
 PLAY AREA ON THE PROPERTY REQUIRES THE OUTDOOR PLAY
 AREA TO BE EQUIPPED WITH SOUND ABSORPTION PANELS TO
 MITIGATE THE NOISE ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES. AT
 MINIMUM, A NOTATION SHOULD BE PROVIDED IN THE PLANS TO
 ENSURE THIS CONDITION WILL BE MET.
  
 2.) DEPICT THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE IN SITE PLAN.
  
 3.) NOTE ON SHEET A-2: "PROPOSED REMOVAL OF EXISTING
 BRICK PAVERS FOR NEW LANDSCAPING - SEE LANDSCAPE
 ARCHITECT'S PLANS" IS NOT DEPICTED IN THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN. PLEASE ADDRESS. (NOTE: ANY LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS
 MADE IN THE RIGHT OF WAY ALONG DIXIE HIGHWAY REQUIRES
 FDOT APPROVAL).
  
 4.) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DEPICTS A NEW COCONUT PALM TO BE
 PLANTED IN THE SWALE AREA ON LYTLE STREET. ANY
 IMPROVEMENTS/PLANTINGS MADE IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY IS
 REQUIRED TO OBTAIN APPROVAL FROM THE ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT.
  
 5.) NOTE: FDOT/ENGINEERING APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR THE
 REPLACEMENT OF ANY AWNINGS OVER SIDEWALKS.
  
 6.) SEPARATE PERMITS AND REVIEW REQUIRED FOR:
 LANDSCAPING, AWNINGS (IF TO BE REPLACED), SIGNAGE,
 OUTDOOR PLAY AREA, AND DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS
