 ALTERATIONS, BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS.
 CODE: 2010 FBC.
  
 1- THE PLANS SUBMITTED ARE FOR THE CONVERSION OF GARAGE
 TO LIVING AREA. BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300
 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING
 BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF
 FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 101.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 3- ARCHITECT TO COORDINATE INFORMATION IN PLANS WITH
 THE ENERGY CALCULATION. PROVIDE INFORAMTION AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 103.2.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 3- GARAGE IS CONVERTED TO BEDROOM (SEE BEDROOM
 DEFINITION IN CHAPTER 2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION). PLANS NEED TO PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC.
 R310 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 4- PER CONVERSATION WITH FRIEDERIKE MITTNER FROM
 HISTORIC PRESERVATION, THE GARAGE CONVERSION WAS
 APPROVED WITH THE CONDITION THAT THE EXISTING GARAGE
 DOOR IS GOING TO STAY. ARCHITECT TO REVISE PLANS
 SHOWING FRAMING DETAILS AND LEAVING THE GARAGE DOOR.
 AND, REVISE EXTERIOR ELEVATION SHOWING THE GARAGE DOOR.
 SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 5- ARCHITECT TO REVISE EXTERIOR FRAME WALL SECTION
 DETAIL:
 A) NEED TO SPECIFY 7/8" MIN. STUCCO THICKNESS AS
 REQUIRED BY TABLE R702.1(1) OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) NEED TO SPECIFY TWO LAYERS OF AN APPROVED
 WATER-RESISTANT BARRIER AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R703.6.3 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
