 DOCUMENTS BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL INCLUDE THE
 FOLLOWING MINIMUM CRITERIA AND DOCUMENTS:

 ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
 SITE REQUIREMENTS
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE
  
 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD
 HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS;
 AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE
 BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
 IN THE CASE OF DEMOLITION, THE SITE PLAN SHALL SHOW
 CONSTRUCTION TO BE DEMOLISHED AND THE LOCATION AND SIZE
 OF EXISTING STRUCTURES AND CONSTRUCTION THAT ARE TO
 REMAIN ON THE SITE OR PLOT. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS
 AUTHORIZED TO WAIVE OR MODIFY THE REQUIREMENT FOR A
 SITE PLAN WHEN THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT IS FOR
 ALTERATION OR REPAIR OR WHEN OTHERWISE WARRANTED.
  
 2) MISSING SOILS REPORT 2010 FBC-B 1803.2
 INVESTIGATIONS REQUIRED. GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS
 SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 1803.3
 THROUGH 1803.5.
 1803.3 BASIS OF INVESTIGATION. SOIL CLASSIFICATION
 SHALL BE BASED ON OBSERVATION AND ANY NECESSARY TESTS
 OF THE MATERIALS DISCLOSED BY BORINGS, TEST PITS OR
 OTHER SUBSURFACE EXPLORATION MADE IN APPROPRIATE
 LOCATIONS. ADDITIONAL STUDIES SHALL BE MADE AS
 NECESSARY TO EVALUATE SLOPE STABILITY, SOIL STRENGTH,
 POSITION AND ADEQUACY OF LOAD-BEARING SOILS, THE EFFECT
 OF MOISTURE VARIATION ON SOIL-BEARING CAPACITY,
 COMPRESSIBILITY, LIQUEFACTION AND EXPANSIVENESS.
  
 3) THE COVERSHEET A0 LIST THE PRODUCT APPROVALS, WE
 REQUIRE THE PRODUCT APPROVALS 2 COPIES OF EACH ON E FOR
 RECORD RETENION THE OTHER FOR THE FIELD INSPECTORS.

 4) 2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 5) 107.2.1.2 FOR ROOF ASSEMBLIES REQUIRED BY THE CODE,
 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL ILLUSTRATE, DESCRIBE
 AND DELINEATE THE TYPE OF ROOFING SYSTEM, MATERIALS,
 FASTENING REQUIREMENTS, FLASHING REQUIREMENTS AND WIND
 RESISTANCE RATING THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE INSTALLED.
 PRODUCT EVALUATION AND INSTALLATION SHALL INDICATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE WIND CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR THE
 SPECIFIC SITE OR A STATEMENT BY AN ARCHITECT OR
 ENGINEER FOR THE SPECIFIC SITE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH
 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 6) 107.2.4 EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS FOR ALL BUILDINGS SHALL DESCRIBE THE EXTERIOR
 WALL ENVELOPE IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL TO DETERMINE
 COMPLIANCE WITH THIS CODE. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE AS
 REQUIRED, INCLUDING FLASHING, INTERSECTIONS WITH
 DISSIMILAR MATERIALS, CORNERS, END DETAILS, CONTROL
 JOINTS, INTERSECTIONS AT ROOF, EAVES OR PARAPETS, MEANS
 OF DRAINAGE, WATER-RESISTIVE MEMBRANE AND DETAILS
 AROUND OPENINGS. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 INCLUDE MANUFACTURER?S INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS THAT
 PROVIDE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION THAT THE PROPOSED
 PENETRATION AND OPENING DETAILS DESCRIBED IN THE
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS MAINTAIN THE WEATHER RESISTANCE
 OF THE EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE. THE SUPPORTING
 DOCUMENTATION SHALL FULLY DESCRIBE THE WALL SYSTEM
 WHICH WAS TESTED, WHERE APPLICABLE, AS WELL AS THE TEST
 PROCEDURE USED.
  
 7) SHEET A3 DETAIL # 1 AS WELL AS THE ENERGY CALCS
 INDICATE THE USE OF R-30 INSULATION, PLEASE PROVIDE A
 CROSS SECTION OF ROOF WITH THE THE R-30 INSULATION, THE
 TYPE OF MATERIAIL ANAD HOW IT WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE
 ROOF DECK. ENERGY CODE WHOLE BUILDING METHOD 506.3.1./

 8) SHEET A6 & S2 DETAIL # 4 SHOW THE USE OF ROOF TOP
 A/C CURBS BUT THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE HOW THE ROF OP
 PACKAGE UNIT WILL BE TIED TO THE A/C CURB, PART OF
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING. , 1609.6.4.41 COMPONENTS &

 9) SHEET S2 THE ROOF TOP HATCH IS LOCATED WITHIN 10FT
 OF THE PARAPET, PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-B
 1013.6 ROOF ACCESS.
 GUARDS SHALL BE PROVIDED WHERE THE ROOF HATCH OPENING
 IS LOCATED WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF A ROOF EDGE OR
 OPEN SIDE OF A WALKING SURFACE AND SUCH EDGE OR OPEN
 SIDE IS LOCATED MORE THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) ABOVE THE
 FLOOR, ROOF OR GRADE BELOW. THE GUARD SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED SO AS TO PREVENT THE PASSAGE OF A SPHERE 21
 INCHES (533 MM) IN DIAMETER.
  
 10) PLEASE PROVIDE WHERE THE STRUCURAL PLANS INDICATE
 THE USE OF LONGITUDINAL (HORIZONTAL) WALL
 REINFORCEMENT, AND ON WHAT CENTERS? 2010 FBC-B 2108.2/
 ASCE 530.
  
 11) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 12) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
