2014-09-16 11:28:091. ACCORDING TO THE PAPA WEBSITE, THE IMPROVEMENT VALUE
 OF THE PROPERTY IS $34,000, AND THE LISTED VALUE OF THE
 PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS IS $125,000, EXCEEDING 50% OF THE
 IMPROVEMENT VALUE. THE LANDSCAPE AND PARKING SHALL BE

 PROVIDED ALONG THE FENCE OR WALL. PLEASE COORDINATE
 WITH THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT TO ENSURE THE CURRENT
 LOCATION OF THE DUMPSTER IS THE OPTIMAL PICK UP
