 THERE IS A VENT THRU THE ROOF.
 5) THE MINIMUM SIZE DRAIN FOR THE WASHING MACHINE SHALL
 BE 2 " PER TABLE P3201.7 OF THE 2010 FBCR. THE
 STANDPIPE SHALL COMPLY W/ SEC.P 2706.2.
 6) THE LAYOUT OF THE RISER AS DRAWN DOES NOT CORRELATE
 WITH THE FLOOR PLAN.
 7) THE SHOWER COMPARTMENT ACCESS AND EGRESS OPENING
 SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM CLEAR AND UNOBSTRUCTED FINISHED
 WIDTH OF 22 INCHES PER 2010 FBCR SEC.P2708.1.1.
 8) CLEANOUTS ARE REQUIRED IN THE BASE OF ALL STACKSPER
 2010FBCR SEC.3005.2.6. ( SEE EXCEPTIONS).
