 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY BUILDING (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT
 FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY
 OF THE PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE
 COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND
 DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- CLARIFY VICTOR G VAZQUEZ TYPE OF LICENSE. THE
 LICENSE NUMBER 2003-18097 IS NOT REGISTERED WITH THE
 FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL
 REGULATION. DESIGN PROFESSIONALS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE
 LICENSE PER CHAPTER 471 OR CHAPTER 481 FLORIDA STATUTE.

 ARE MASONRY CONNECTORS. SECOND FLOOR IS WOOD FRAMING.
 NEED TO SPECIFY CORRECT CONNECTOR. AND, REVISE
 SPECIFICATIONS IN ALL DETAILS AND WALL SECTIONS
 ACCORDINGLY. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
 C) SPECIFY SECOND FLOOR TRUSS DESIGN LOADS AS REQUIRED

 AND JURISDICTION.
 B) OWNER/AGENT TO SIGN AND DATE BOTTOM OF FORM. SEC.
 103.2.3.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 C) PAGE 2 OF 6. REVISE NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. THERE IS
 MORE THAN 1 PERSON IN A 3 BEDROOM HOUSE.
