 1) THERE IS NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION PROVIDED AS TO THE
 LOCATION OF THE NEW PROPOSED GAS POOL WATER HEATER.
  
 1A) THE SURVEY INDICATES BEHIND THE GARAGE 6'-0" TO THE
 PREOPERTY LINE. WHERE IS THE POOL GAS HEATER TO BE
 INSTALLED DISTANCE FROM THE STRUCTURE AND FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE?
  
 1B) THE EXISITNG GARAGE, IS THE EXTERIOR WALLS CBS
 WALL, OR WOOD FRAME WITH WOOD SIDING OR STUCCO?
  
 1C) THE EXISTING GARAGE, IS THERE A OVERHANG WHERE THE
 PROPOSED GAS POOL HEATER IS TO BE LOCATED OR SPANISH
 STYLE WITH NO OVER HANG?
  
 1D) THE SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS DOES NOT INDICATE IF THE
 UNIT WILL BE OUTFITTED WITH A OUTDOOR STACK OR A
 STACKLESS POOL GAS HEATER?
  
 THE MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS SHEET 12 INDICATES IF
 THE UNIT IS INSTALLED WITH THE OUTDOOR STACK IS USED
 THE AFFECT IS UNOBSTRUCTED, WILL NEED TO BE KEPT AWAY
 FROM EAVE/ OVER HANG. IF A STCKLESS TOP IS USED 3'-0"
 FROM COMBUSTIBLES MUST BE MAINTAINED.
  
 IF THE STACKLESS TYPE UNIT IS TO BE INSTALLED THERE ARE
 ISSUES, SINCE THE UNIT HAS TO BE KEPT 3'FT AWAY FROM
 COMBUSTIBLES, THE UNIT IS 2 FT WIDE, THE ZONING
 REGULATIONS WILL ONLY ALLOW YOU TO SET THIS UNIT 3FT
 INTO THE 5FT SET BACK REQUIREMENT. ANOTHER WORDS IT CAN
 ONLY BE 2 FT FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.3. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE IF THIS POO GAS
 HEATER CAN BE INSTALLED IN THE DESIRED LOCATION.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL
 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
 FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR
