 RAMP INDICATES THE TOP LANDING 3'-6" OR 42 INCHES ABOVE
 GRADE THE MID LANDING SHOWS A HEIGHT OF 10" ABOVE GRADE
 OR A 32 INCH DIFFERENCE IN GRADE. PLEASE REVIEW 2010 FL
 ACCESSIBLITY CODE 405.6 THE RISE FOR ANY RAMP SHALL BE
 30 INCHES. THERE SHOULD BE ANOTHER INTERMEDIATE LANDING
 OR THE LANDING 10 INCHES ABOVE GRADE SHOULD BE AT A 12"
 ELEVATION ABOVE GRADE, THEN THE GRADE DIFFERENCE
 BETWEEN THE TOP AND MID-LANDING WOULD BE THE MAX BUT 30
 INCHES, CODE COMPLIANT.
  
 2) THE SECOND ISSUE IS THE PLANS CURRENTLY DO NOT SHOW
 A BOTTOM LANDING, SEE 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE 405.7
 & 405.7.3.
  
 405.7 LANDINGS. RAMPS SHALL HAVE LANDINGS AT THE TOP
 AND THE BOTTOM OF EACH RAMP RUN. LANDINGS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 405.7.
  
 405.7.3 LENGTH. THE LANDING CLEAR LENGTH SHALL BE 60
 INCHES (1525 MM) LONG MINIMUM.
  
 3) PLEASE SEE ON SHEET A2.81 THE TOP LANDING TO THE
 BOTTOM OF THE FACIA / SOFFIT IS APPROXIMATELY 5'-8 ".
 THE CONCERN IS THE GAURDRAIL DOES NOT GO ACROSS THE TOP
 LANDING, THERE IS A PLANTER BUT THERE IS NO DETECTION
 FOR PROTRUDING OBJECTS, PROTRUDING OBJECTS IS FOR ITEMS
 THAT ARE BETWEEN 27 -80 INCHES TO WARN THOSE USING A
 CANE , THERE IS ALSO NO EDGE PROTECTION IN THIS AREA.
