 1- ARCHITECT TO REVISE DESIGN CRITERIA ON SHEET A-10:
 A) CLARIFY WHY THE WIND NET UPLIFT IS ONLY FOR ZONES 1
 AND 2?. NEED WIND LOADS FOR ALL ZONES. SEC. R301 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 B) REVISE THE BASIC WIND VELOCITY. SPECIFY THE ULTIMATE
 WIND LOAD AND THE NOMINAL WIND LOAD AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R301.2.1.3 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. (NOTE: ULTIMATE
 WIND SPEED FOR CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH IS 170MPH).
 C) REVISE OCCUPANCY. THIS IS NOT 1. THIS IS A SINGLE
 FAMILY RESIDENCE (R3).
  
 2- ARCHITECT TO REVISE ALL THE WINDOWS AND DOORS DESIGN
 PRESSURES SHOWN ON THE EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS. THEY DO NOT
 CORRESPOND TO EXPOSURE "C" ACCORDING TO HEIGHT AND
 OPENING LOCATION (INTERIOR OR END LOCATION). OR PROVIDE
 COMPLETE CALCULATIONS SHOWING HOW THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 SHOWN WERE CALCULATED. SEC. R301.2.1 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) ROOF COVER. NONE SUBMITTED. GENERAL NOTES ON COVER
 SHEET INDICATES NEW ROOF AS PART OF THE SCOPE OF WORK.
 ***NOTE: A ROOFING SUB-PERMIT IS REQUIRED ALSO.
 B) ALL USP AND SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED
 ON PLANS, DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
 C) WINDOW MULLIONS. NOA 11-0922.01 SUBMITTED WAS
 SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE. VISIT THE MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE
 DOWNLOAD CURRENT NOA AND RE-SUBMIT. PROVIDE 2 COPIES
 ONLY ONE SUBMITTED.
 D) FRENCH DOORS NOA 11-1013.24. ONLY ONE COPY

 MATCH PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED. FOR EXAMPLE FRENCH
 DOORS PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS FOR ALUMINUM DOORS
 NOT WOOD. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. 103.2.2 OF
 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.

 INTERIOR HANDRAIL TO BE REPLACED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE

 B) POWDER ROOM #105. EXISTING WINDOW IS GOING TO BE
 BLOCKED. PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR VENTILATION. SEC.
 R303.3 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 7- A) WINDOW SCHEDULE ON SHEET A-5 IS MISSING WINDOW
 "N". PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR WINDOW "N" TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 604.1

 B) CLARIFY WINDOW "B". IS IT A CASEMENT OR FIXED
 WINDOW?. IS IT ROUND OR SQUARE TOP?. EXTERIOR ELEVATION
 SHOWS ROUND TOP. CLARIFY AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
