 NOTE: THESE COMMENTS APPLY TO FRONT AND REAR BUILDINGS.
 DRAWINGS A-1 TO A-5 SUBMITTED ARE FOR BOTH STRUCTURES:
  
 1-VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES FEES. PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACT
 THAT DESCRIBES ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK. SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED. PROVIDE
 BREAKDOWN FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK ON MAIN HOUSE AND SCOPE
 OF WORK ON REAR STRUCTURE).
  
 2- PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW ATTIC ACCESS WITH
 LADDER. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED. ROOF FRAMING
 DETAILS NOT PROVIDED. )
  
 3- PROVIDE GARAGE DOOR COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS. SPECIFY ALL FRAMING MEMBERS AND
 FASTENERS. SEC. R301.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. (REPEAT
 COMMENT).
  
 4- PROVIDE STAIRS, HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAIL THAT MATCHES
 NEW PORCH. PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE LIVE LOADS
 OF TABLE R301.5 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SPECIFY ALL
 FRAMING MEMBERS AND FASTENERS. (REPEAT COMMENT. THE
 FRONT ELEVATION IS NOW MISSING THE GUARDRAILS. THERE IS
 NOTHING TO COMPARE TO PROPOSED GUARDRAIL. HANDRAIL
 DETAIL SUBMITTED SEEMS TO BE FOR INTERIOR HANDRAIL. AND
 CLARIFY HOW ARE THE #12X3" WD. SCREWS TOP & BTM. @16"
 O/C INSTALLED AS SHOWN ON THE HANDRAIL DETAIL?. FLOOR
 PLAN ON SHEET A-1 CALLS FOR ALUMINUM RAILING. THIS
 DETAIL IS FOR WOOD RAILING. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS).
  
 5- WALL SECTION A/A-2: PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING HOW PROVIDING "CROSS
 VENTILATION" SEC. R806 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. (REPEAT
 COMMENT. SPECIFY SPACING OF THE 4"X7" SPECIFIED VENTS
 TO VERIFY CROSS VENTILATION.).
  
 6- REVISE DOOR STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL. REVISE SIZE AND
 REVISE DETAIL TO SHOW FULL SUPPORT TO THE DOOR FRAME AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R612.10.2.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED. 2X4 BUCK DOESN'T
 PROVIDE FULL SUPPORT TO THE DOOR FRAME).
  
 7- CLARIFY WHERE IS THE GAF MINERAL GUARD RESIDENTIAL
 ROLL ROOFING UNDERLAYMENT (NOA 13-1104.03) SUBMITTED
 GOING TO BE INSTALLED? SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 8- CLARIFY WHERE IS THE GAF CONVENTIONAL BUILT-UP ROOF
 SYSTEM (NOA 13-1022.15) SUBMITTED GOING TO BE
 INSTALLED?. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. PLANS CALL
 FOR EXISTING FLAT ROOF ON REAR BUILDING. NO RE-ROOF. IF
 THIS BUILDING IS GOING TO BE RE-ROOFED, THEN NEED TO
 IDENTIFY SPECIFIC ASSEMBLY TO BE INSTALLED AND PROVIDE
 SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY
 GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF THE NOA.
  
 9- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) ROOF SHINGLES. (REPEAT COMMENT. NO PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED).
  
 B) SINGLE HUNG WINDOW. INFORMATION SUBMITTED DOESN'T
 HAVE A FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER. PROVIDE THE
 CORRESPONDING FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE
 SUBMITTED PACKAGE OR MANUFACTURER MAY APPLY FOR LOCAL
 PRODUCT APPROVAL (COMPLETE ENGINEERING PACKAGE WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR BUILDING OFFICIAL APPROVAL).
  
 C) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS AND USP STRUCTURAL
 CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON FRAMING PLANS AND ALL DETAILS.
 OR SPECIFY THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NEXT TO THE
 SPECIFIED CONNECTOR. (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 10- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 A) LETTERING ON THE SITE PLAN IS NOT LEGIBLE. SEC
 107.2.1.4 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 IS NOT LEGIBLE. IT'S TOO SMALL. SEC.107.2.1.4 CITY

 C) CLEARLY COORDINATE INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE SIMPSON
 STRAPS AND POST/CAPS SCHEDULES, ROOF FRAMING PLAN,
 PORCH SECTION AND DETAILS B/A2, C/A2 AND D/A2. THIS IS
 LIKE CUTTING AND PASTING INFORMATION BUT IT DOESN'T
 MATCH ACTUAL CONDITIONS. CHECK SIZES OF FRAMING
 MEMBERS, ACTUAL CONNECTIONS, CONNECTORS SIZES VS
 STRUCTURAL MEMBERS, ETC. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 D) PORCH SECTION: (1) CLARIFY FINISH GRADE LEVEL. 16"
 OR 24'. SEE FRONT ELEVATION. CLARIFY NEW CONCRETE PORCH
 SLAB CONSTRUCTION. PORCH SECTION SHOWS CRAWL SPACE
 BELOW THE SLAB. NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION
 FOR UNDER FLOOR SPACE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R408 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. AND, NEED TO SHOW HOW IS THE SLAB
 ANCHORED TO THE EXITING WALL. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. (2) SPECIFICATIONS CALL FOR (3)2X10 WD
 BEAM. ONLY 2 ARE SHOWN. (3) ROOF RAFTERS ARE 2X6. ROOF

 13- SHEET A-5:
 A) NEW FLOOR PLAN CALLS WINDOW ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE AS
 "EXISTING WINDOW". PLANS ARE MISLEADING BECAUSE
 ACCORDING TO THE DEMOLITION PLAN THIS WINDOW IS NOT
 PLACED IN THE SAME LOCATION. CLEARLY SPECIFY IF THE
 WINDOW WAS REMOVED. IF IT WAS REMOVED, THEN THE SAME
 WINDOW CAN'T BE USED UNLESS PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE
 SAME WINDOW IS PROVIDED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 14- SHEET A4: THERE IS A NEW BILLIARD ROOM SHOWN ON THE
 FLOOR PLAN. THE ROOM SEEMS TO BE TOO SMALL FOR A
 BILLIARD ROOM. PROVIDE COMPLETE LAYOUT OF POOL TABLE
 SHOWING CLEARANCES TO PLAY POOL. NOTE: ORIGINALLY, THIS
 ROOM WAS DESIGNED AS A BEDROOM. PROVIDE CLARIFICATION
 WHY CHANGING THE BEDROOM FOR A BILLIARD ROOM THAT MAY
 NOT BE SUITABLE BECAUSE THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM. THE
 PROPOSED USE OF THIS ROOM MAY NOT BE SUITABLE BASED ON
 THE SIZE OF ROOM. SEC. 102.2CITY AMENDMENTS.
