 PROFESSIONAL FEES FEES. PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACT
 THAT DESCRIBES ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK. SEC. 109.3 CITY

 6- SHEET A-1:
 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW ATTIC ACCESS WITH
 LADDER.
  
 B) ENGINEER OF RECORD TO SPECIFY THE ALTERATION LEVEL
 TYPE OR COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 401.4 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 C) CLEARLY SPECIFY WHICH WINDOWS AND EXTERIOR DOORS ARE
 EXISTING AND WHICH ARE GOING TO BE REPLACED. IF
 REPLACING EXISTING BEDROOM WINDOWS, THEN SPECIFY
 EXISTING TYPE AND SIZE AND PROPOSED TYPE AND SIZE TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC.
 604 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.

 B) REVISE DOOR STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL. REVISE SIZE AND

 B) NEW FLOOR PLAN SHOWS "NEW BILLIARD ROOM" AND "NEW
 PLAYROOM". PREVIOUS PLANS SHOWED THESE ROOMS AS
 BEDROOMS. IT'S NOT CLEAR WHY THE ROOMS WERE REDESIGNED
 AS PLAYROOMS, BUT IF THE ROOMS ARE NOT DESIGNED AS
 BEDROOMS, THEN ENGINEER OF RECORD TO SPECIFY ON PLANS
 THAT THESE ROOMS CAN NOT BE USED FOR SLEEPING PURPOSES.

 A) THIS IS NOT ALTERATION LEVEL 2. REVISE AS REQUIRED.

 LEDGER GOING TO BE ATTACHED TO THE EXISTING BUILDING.
 (2) SPECIFY LEDGER ANCHOR BOLT SIZE AND SPACING. (3)
 SPECIFY CEILING CLEARANCES. (4) SPECIFY BEAM SIZE. (5)
 SPECIFY ROOF PITCH. (6) SPECIFY ROOF SHEATHING SIZE AND

 SUBMITTED.
  
 C) OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR. NEED PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR SIZE
 OF GARAGE DOOR SPECIFIED ON PLANS. ALSO, NOA 12-0125.20
 SUBMITTED IS FOR ANOTHER PERMIT AND WAS APPROVED BY
 ANOTHER ENGINEER NOT THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FO THIS
 PROJECT.
  
 D) SINGLE HUNG WINDOW. NOA 11-1013.14 SUBMITTED IS NOT
 LEGIBLE.
  
 E) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 FRAMING PLANS AND ALL DETAILS. OR SPECIFY THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL NEXT TO THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED FOR SOME
 CONNECTORS, BUT NOT ALL OF THEM.
  
 14- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: ENGINEER TO CLARIFY WHY THE SIGNATURE ON THE
 APPROVED PRODUCT APPROVALS IS DIFFERENT THAT THE

2015-04-09 11:46:231) I AM THOROGHLY CONFUSED AS TO THE SCOPE OF PLUMBING
 WORK BEING DONE AND TO WHICH STRUCTURE.
 NOTHING ON THE PLANS MATCH FOR THE PLUMBING. THE
 SANITARY RISER DIAGRAMS ON THE PLANS AND THE ONES ON
 THE 8 1/2 X 11 SHEETS DO NOT MATCH THE FLOOR PLANS.
 IDENTIFY ON THE RISER DIAGRAMS TO WHICH BULDING THEY
 APPLY. I CAN COMPLETE MY REVIEW UNTIL A SET OF PLANS
 ARE SUBMITTED THAT CLEARY REFLECT THE COMPLETE SCOPE OF
 PLUMBING WORK TO BE DONE. WPB AMEND. TO 201 FBC
