 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY ( 2300 N. JOG RD) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT
 FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
 ***NOTE: THIS INCLUDES THE OFFICE ADDITION. SEE ITEM #2
 AND #3 BELOW.

 SHOWED ONE OFFICE WITH COMPLETE BATHROOM AND CLOSET.
 THIS INFORMATION IS NOT SHOWN ON PLANS SUBMITTED THIS
 TIME. THERE ARE NOT PERMITS IN CITY RECORDS FOR THIS
 ADDITION. PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR THIS
 ADDITION. SEC. 107.2.1 AND 107.3.5.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS
 TO FBC.
  
 3- IT LOOKS LIKE THIS PERMIT APPLICATION WAS DONE WITH
 THE INTENTION TO REVOKE OLD PERMIT APPLICATION
 #10110533. PERMIT APPLICATION #10110533 WAS SUBMITTED
 TO RESOLVE CODE VIOLATIONS. THIS PERMIT WAS NEVER
 ISSUED BECAUSE THE COMMENTS WERE NEVER ADDRESSED. THE
 SCOPE OF WORK IN THIS PERMIT APPLICATION AND PLANS
 SUBMITTED DON'T MATCH THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR WHICH
 PERMIT #10110533 WAS APPLIED FOR IN 2010. REVISE
 INFORMATION IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND PLANS TO
 MATCH THE DESCRIPTION STATED IN OLD PERMIT #10110533.

 TO INCLUDE ALL THE LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR ALL THE
 SCOPE OF WORK LISTED IN ITEM #3 ABOVE. AND, INCLUDE
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS.
  
 B) CASEMENT WINDOWS.
  
 C) ALL EXTERIOR DOORS.
  
 D) ROOF SHINGLES AND FLAT ROOF WITH CORRESPONDING RAS
 117 CALCULATIONS, IF REQUIRED TO MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES. (NOTE: ROOFING PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED).
  
 E) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS. COORDINATE WITH ITEM #2 ABOVE.
  
 6- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) AL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO 2010
 FBC.
  
 7- SHEET A-1:
 A) ENGINEER TO REVISE AREA CALCULATIONS. COORDINATE
 WITH ITEM #2 AND #3 ABOVE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
 TO FBC.
  
 B) ENGINEER TO SPECIFY LEVELS OF ALTERATIONS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 401.4 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
 COORDINATE WITH ITEM #2 AND #3 ABOVE.
  
 *** PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE LETTER CLEARLY ADDRESSING
 EACH COMMENT IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
