 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED

 2) SHEET A-5:
 2A) 2010 FBC-B 1008.1.6 OR 1009.5 STAIRWAY LANDINGS.
 THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SHEET DOORWAY FROM STORAGE THE
 DOOR SWINGS OUT OVER THE STAIRS FROM SHEET A2 THE
 LANDING APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN LENGHTENED BUT NOT TO CODE
 COMPLIANCE. THE OTHER ISSUE WITH THIS STAIR IS THAT IT
 MAY NOT REGUIRE A GAURDRAIL THESE STAIRS DO REQUIRE A
 HANDRAIL PER SECTION 2010 FBC-B 1009.12.
  
 2B) THE NEW ACCESS RAMP SHOWS A FOOTER DETAIL SHEET A7
 AS (F4) THIS DETAIL SHOWS EDGE PROTECTION BUT NOT A
 HANDRAIL NOR GAURD RAIL AS REQUIRED BY FBC-B 1010.8 AND
 1010.10. NOTE FLOOR ELEVATIONS IN REGARDS TO GRADE ARE
 NOT GIVEN. THE EXISING STAIR HAS 6 RISERS @ 7 IN= 42
 INCHES IN HEIGHT. NOTE SHEET A6 SHOWS THE NEW
 ACCESSIBLE RAMP AT A LOWER LEVEL THAN THE EXISTING
 STRUCTURE WHERE AS SHEET A7 FOOTER DETAIL F2 SHOWS THE
 FLOORS AT THE SAME LEVEL. DISCREPANCY IN PLANS.
  
 2C) THE NEW ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM DOES NOT MEET THE
 ACCEESSIBLE RESTROOMDIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS. THERE IS
 A DISCREPANCY IN THE PLANS SHEET A5 SHOWS A DIMENTION
 OF 6'-10" SHEET DETAIL ON SHEET A9 SHOWS THIS SAME WALL
 5'-9". THE MINIMUM DIMENSION FOR THE FIXTURE SET WALL
 IS 7'-01/2". 2010 FBC- ACCESSIBILITY CODE 604.2 &
 604.3.2 & FIGURE 604.8.1.6.
  
  
 3) SHEET A7 PLEASE REVIEW BEAM TAG C, IS THIS BEAM 84
 INCHES DEEP OR IS THIS A TYPO? 107.2.1.3. ADITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) SHEET A-8 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED A8 VERSES
 A6, THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE EITHER AN INTERMEDIATE TIE
 BEAM OR LINTEL.
 5 DOORS ARE DRAWN TO A 7'-0" ELEVATION
 1 DOOR IS INDICATED TO BE AT ELEVATION 10'-0" TOP OF
 BEAM
 ROOF ELEVATION IS INDICATED AT 12'-0" TOP OF BEAM OR
 12'-9" APPPROX.
 SECTION THROUGH ROOF A-8 MIN ABOVE 14'-0" ABOVE
 LANDING, THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN THE DETAIL AND
 ELEVATION SHEET A6.
  
 5) 2010 FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE
 CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL
 IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO
 THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A
 GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION BE CONDUCTED.
  
 6A) 2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
