 PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE RENOVATION OF A
 BATHROOM WHERE AS THE SUBMITTED PLAN APPEARS TO BE A
 POWDER ROOM WITH A LAV AND WATER CLOSET. 2010 WEST PALM
 BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER
 1, ADMINISTRATION CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE DOMENSIONS OF THE ROOM AS WELL AS FROM
 THE WALL TO THE CENTER OF FIXTURES. 2010 FBC-R 307.1
 AND FIGURE R307.1 MINIMUM FIXTURE CLEARANCES CAN NOT BE
 DETERMINED.
  
 2) COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SHOWER COMPARTMENT SIZES CAN

 3) COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-P2709.2 LINING REQUIRED,

 SHOWER SPACES. SHOWER WALLS SHALL BE FINISHED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION R307.2. R307.2 BATHTUB AND
 SHOWER SPACES. BATHTUB AND SHOWER FLOORS AND WALLS
 ABOVE BATHTUBS WITH INSTALLED SHOWER HEADS AND IN
 SHOWER COMPARTMENTS SHALL BE FINISHED WITH A
 NONABSORBENT SURFACE. SUCH WALL SURFACES SHALL EXTEND
 TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 6 FEET (1829 MM) ABOVE THE
 FLOOR.
