 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY, THE SITE
 PLAN DOES NOT MATCH TTHE LOT CONFIGURATION FOUND WITH
 THE PROPERTY APPRAISERS WEB SITE.
 THE SECOND ISSUE IS TO DETERMINE IF THIS BUILDING IS IN
 A A5 FLOOD ZONE. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED. IF FLOOD ZONE THEN FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATES
 WILL BE REQUIRED AND THE FLOOR ELEVATION OF THE 1ST
 FLOOR.
  
 2) SHEET A-1.0:
 2A) BOTH THE MENS(125) & WOMENS (126) RESTROOMS HAVE
 WITHIN THEM ACCESSIBLE TOLIET COMPARTMENTS (STALLS)
 PLEASE SEE 2010 FBC-ACCESSIBLITY CODE SECTION 604.8.1.2
 FOR DOOR SWING. TOILET COMPARTMENT DOORS SHALL NOT
 SWING INTO THE MINIMUM REQUIRED COMPARTMENT AREA. THE
 DOORS SWING IN OVER THE REQUIED CLEAR AREA FOR THE LAV.
  
 2B) NO ACTION TO BE TAKEN. THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE
 VERTICAL ACCESSIBILITY TO THE MEZZANINE AREA. 201.1.1,
 IT APPEARS THE EXCEPTIONS , EXCEPTION # 2 FOR STORAGE
 AND EXCEPTION # 3 FOR OCCUPIABLE SPACES AND PRIVATE
 OFFICE.
  
 3) SHEET S-4.1 SHOWS THE DESIGN LOADS BUT THERE ARE NO
 DESIGN LOADS FOR THE STAIRS OR MEZZANINE FOR THE OFFICE

 MEZZANINE BEDESIGNED FOR LIGHT OR HEAVY? FBC-B TABLE

 NO FEWER THAN TWO DRINKING FOUNTAINS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.1 THROUGH
 602.6 AND ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH
 602.7.
