| 120% COVERAGE BY AN AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM. |

| C. THE PLANTING DETAIL SHALL BE MODIFIED TO SHOW THAT |
| MULCH WILL BE PULLED AWAY FROM THE BASE OF ALL TREES / |
| PALMS. |

| D. THE PLANTING PLAN NEEDS TO BE REVISED TO LABEL THE |
| GREEN BUTTONWOOD AS "CE", NOT "IC" AS CURRENTLY SHOWN. |

| 2. THE PERMIT SHALL BE REVISED TO PROVIDE FOR THE |

| A. ALL PARKING SPACES SHALL BE STRIPED AND SHALL |
| PROVIDE WHEEL STOPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY'S |

| BEEN ATTACHED TO THE PLANS. |

| B. A DUMPSTER DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING HOW THE |
| ENCLOSURE IS TO BE CONSTRUCTED. |

| C. A DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE FENCE / SLIDING |

| D. THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE WALK |
| (WHICH EXTENDS SOUTH FROM THE SOUTH EXIT FROM THE |
| BUILDING) SHALL BE EXTENDED SOUTH TO MATCH THE BACK OF |
| THE PARKING ROW THAT IS TO THE WEST OF THE FENCE / |
| GATE. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS THIS CORRECTLY. |

| 3. A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED. |

| 4. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY |
| (CO), ALL APPROPRIATE AND NECESSARY PARKING EASEMENTS / |
| AGREEMENTS SHALL BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF |
| PALM BEACH COUNTY TO PROVIDE FOR THE REQUIRED PARKING |
