 THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN PASSED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING
 PROVISOS:
  
 1. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED. THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY TWO (2) SETS OF
 SIGNED / SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS ALONG WITH A CERTIFIED
 COST ESTIMATE SHOWING THE TOTAL COST OF THE
 INSTALLATION (MATERIALS AND LABOR). PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION, THE FOLLOWING
 ITEMS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED:
  
  A. IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE A TREE IN THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
 PROPERTY?
  
  B. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE REVISED TO REFLECT
 120% COVERAGE BY AN AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM.
  
  C. THE PLANTING DETAIL SHALL BE MODIFIED TO SHOW THAT
 MULCH WILL BE PULLED AWAY FROM THE BASE OF ALL TREES /
 PALMS.
  
  D. THE PLANTING PLAN NEEDS TO BE REVISED TO LABEL THE
 GREEN BUTTONWOOD AS "CE", NOT "IC" AS CURRENTLY SHOWN.
  
 2. THE PERMIT SHALL BE REVISED TO PROVIDE FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
  A. ALL PARKING SPACES SHALL BE STRIPED AND SHALL
 PROVIDE WHEEL STOPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY'S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. DETAIL HAS
 BEEN ATTACHED TO THE PLANS.
  
  B. A DUMPSTER DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING HOW THE
 ENCLOSURE IS TO BE CONSTRUCTED.
  
  C. A DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE FENCE / SLIDING
 GATE.
  
  D. THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE WALK
 (WHICH EXTENDS SOUTH FROM THE SOUTH EXIT FROM THE
 BUILDING) SHALL BE EXTENDED SOUTH TO MATCH THE BACK OF
 THE PARKING ROW THAT IS TO THE WEST OF THE FENCE /
 GATE. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS THIS CORRECTLY.
  
 3. A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
  
 4. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 (CO), ALL APPROPRIATE AND NECESSARY PARKING EASEMENTS /
 AGREEMENTS SHALL BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
 PALM BEACH COUNTY TO PROVIDE FOR THE REQUIRED PARKING
 ON THE WEST SIDE OF FLORIDA AVENUE.
