 NOTE THIS REVIEW WILL BE BASED ON THE 2010 FL. EXISITNG
 BUILDING CODE SECTION 901.3 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION.
 WHERE THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OF A BUILDING
 CHANGES, THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 902 THROUGH 912
 SHALL APPLY. THIS INCLUDES A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION WITHIN A GROUP AS WELL AS A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION FROM ONE GROUP TO A DIFFERENT
 GROUP.
 2010 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 1) COVER SHEET CODE INFORMATION:
 1A)(1) THIS SHEET LIST F1, S2 & B OCCUPANCNCIES AS
 NON--SEPARATED OCCUPANCIES.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A BREAK DOWN IN SQUARE FEET FOR EACH OF
 THE OCCUPANCY GROUPS. 2010 FBC-B 508.3.2 ALLOWABLE
 BUILDING AREA AND HEIGHT.
 THE ALLOWABLE BUILDING AREA AND HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING
 OR PORTION THEREOF SHALL BE BASED ON THE MOST
 RESTRICTIVE ALLOWANCES FOR THE OCCUPANCY GROUPS UNDER
 CONSIDERATION FOR THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE
 BUILDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 503.1.
  
 1A)(2) PLEASE PROVIDE THE TYPE OF INVENTORY THAT WILL
 BE STORED IN THE S2 STORAGE OCCUPANCY, THE USAGE AND
 MATERIALS STORED WOULD APPEAR TO MAKE THIS A S1 TYPE
 OCCUPANCY. 2010 FBC-B 311.2 MODERATE-HAZARD STORAGE
 S-1. PLEASE PROVIDE THE INVENTORY OF STORAGE ON THE
 PLANS FOR DOCUMENTATION. 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING
 PLANS.THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, FOR THE RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM.
  
 1B) THE DECLARED NONSEPARATED OCCUPANCIES PLEASE REVIEW
 FBC-B 508.3.1 AND 508.3.2 FOR THE LIMITING FACTOR IN
 NONSEPATED OCCUPANCIES. IN FBC-B 508.3.1 CHAPTER 9
 SECTION:
 903.2.4 (1) A GROUP F-1 FIRE AREA EXCEEDS 12,000 SQUARE
 FEET (1115 M2) WILL REQUIRE FIRE SPRINKLERS.
 903.2.9 GROUP S-1. AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL
 BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT ALL BUILDINGS CONTAINING A GROUP
 S-1 OCCUPANCY WHERE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
 EXISTS:(1.) A GROUP S-1 FIRE AREA EXCEEDS 12,000 SQUARE
 FEET (1115 M2).
  
 1C) FBC-B 508.3.2 DEALS WIH THE ALLOWABLE BUILDING AREA
 AND HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING OR PORTION THEREOF SHALL BE
 BASED ON THE MOST RESTRICTIVE ALLOWANCES FOR THE
 OCCUPANCY GROUPS UNDER CONSIDERATION FOR THE TYPE OF
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING. 2010 FBC-B TABLE 503 WILL
 ONLY ALLOW 15,500 SQ FT FOR A F1 OCCUPANCY
 NON-SPRINKLERED.ALSO REVIEW 508.2.3. CORRECT NOTE FOUND
 ON THE COVRE SHEET & SHEET A1.3 ALLOWABLE HEIGHT AND
 AREA. WHERE AN OPEN AREA EXCEEDS 30 FT, YOU CAN ONLY
 TAKE 30 FT OR TTHE MULTIPLIER BECOMES A 1 IN THIS CASE.
 15,500 + 11,625= 27,125 SQ FT.
  
  
 2) SEMI-COMPLIED. WALK -IN COOLERS ARE TO BE FIRE
 SPRINKLERED TO SATISFY CODE REQUIREMENT 2603.4.1.3
 ALLOWABLE AREA FOR NON-SPRINKLERED WALK IN COOLERS. WE
 WILL NEED A ENGINEERED PLAN (IF OVER 50 SPRINKLER
 HEADS, OTHERWISE A CONTRACTOR CAN DESIGN) FLOW TEST AND
 SPECIFICATIONS. FOR THE REQUIRED FIRE SPRINKLER PLANS
 THE HYDROLICS AND SHOP DRAWING ARE REQUIRED. ALSO SEE
 FIRE COMMENS FOR REQUIRED DESIGN.
 903.1.1 ALTERNATIVE PROTECTION.
 ALTERNATIVE AUTOMATIC FIRE-EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS
 COMPLYING WITH SECTION 904 SHALL BE PERMITTED IN LIEU
 OF AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER PROTECTION WHERE RECOGNIZED BY
 THE APPLICABLE STANDARD AND APPROVED BY THE FIRE CODE
