 CLASSIFICATION.
 WHERE THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OF A BUILDING
 CHANGES, THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 902 THROUGH 912
 SHALL APPLY. THIS INCLUDES A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION WITHIN A GROUP AS WELL AS A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION FROM ONE GROUP TO A DIFFERENT
 GROUP.
 2010 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 PROJECT WITH ME AND HE HAS DETERMINED THIS AREA TO BE
 CONSIDERED A F1 OCCUPANCY. THE F2 OCCUPANCIES INCLUDED
 BRICK, CERAMIC PRODUCTS, FOUNDRIES GYPSUM PRODUCTS
 ETC... 2010 FBC-B 306.2
  
 1B) THE DECLARED NONSEPARATED OCCUPANCIES PLEASE REVIEW
 FBC-B 508.3.1 AND 508.3.2 FOR THE LIMITING FACTOR IN
 NONSEPATED OCCUPANCIES. IN FBC-B 508.3.1 CHAPTER 9
 SECTION 903.2.4 (1) A GROUP F-1 FIRE AREA EXCEEDS
 12,000 SQUARE FEET (1115 M2) WILL REQUIRE FIRE
 SPRINKLERS.
  
 1C) FBC-B 508.3.2 DEALS WIH THE ALLOWABLE BUILDING AREA
 AND HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING OR PORTION THEREOF SHALL BE
 BASED ON THE MOST RESTRICTIVE ALLOWANCES FOR THE
 OCCUPANCY GROUPS UNDER CONSIDERATION FOR THE TYPE OF
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING. 2010 FBC-B TABLE 503 WILL
 ONLY ALLOW 12,000 SQ FT FOR A F1 OCCUPANCY
 NON-SPRINKLERED.ALSO REVIEW 508.2.3. CORRECT NOTE FOUND
 ON SHEET A1.3 ALLOWABLE HEIGHT AND AREA.
  
 2) SHEET A1.2 INDICATES NEW FOAM INSULATION IN WALK IN
 COOLERS PLEASE REVIEW 2603.4.1.3 2010 FBC-B SECTION FOR
 ALLOWABLE AREA FOR WALK IN COOLERS NON-SPRINKLERED
 BUILDINGS.
 FBC-B 2603.4.1.3 WALK-IN COOLERS. IN NONSPRINKLERED
 BUILDINGS, FOAM PLASTIC HAVING A THICKNESS THAT DOES
 NOT EXCEED 4 INCHES (102 MM) AND A MAXIMUM FLAME SPREAD
 INDEX OF 75 IS PERMITTED IN WALK-IN COOLERS OR FREEZER
 UNITS WHERE THE AGGREGATE FLOOR AREA DOES NOT EXCEED

 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL HAS REVIEWED AND DECLARED THIS TO
