 SPRINKLERED WITH A NFPA 13 SYSTEM. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 SPRINKLERS DOES NOT STATE WHAT TYPE OF HEADS ARE
 CURRENTLY IN USE. PLEASE REFER TO THE 2010 FBC-B
 SECTION 709.1 EXCEPTION #3 THAT WILL GREATLY EFFECT
 YOUR DESIGN AND CODE COMPLIANCE. EXCEPTION 3. IN
 MINI-WAREHOUSES/SELF-STORAGE BUILDINGS, WALLS USED TO
 SEPARATE TENANTS SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO HAVE
 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING, PROVIDED A SPRINKLER SYSTEM
 MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF ORDINARY HAZARD GROUP II AS
 DEFINED BY NFPA 13, IS INSTALLED EMPLOYING QUICK
 RESPONSE HEADS.

 3) 2ND REVIEW, RESPONSE INDICATES THE CONTRACTOR WILL
 PROVIDE A COST BREAKDOWN OF THE EXPENDITURES ON
 ACCISSIBILITY AND ACCESSIBLE ITEMS. NO SUCHDOCUMENTS
 WERE SUBMITTED FOR THIS REVIEW.
 LS1.1 PLEASE PROVIDE A COST BREAK DOWN WHERE 20% OR
 $70.00 DOLLARS IN ACCESSIBLE UPGRADES TO THE BUILDING.

 WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE PATH

 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION,
 THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE
 EXTENT THAT IT CAN BE MADE ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INCURRING
 DISPROPORTIONATE COSTS. IN CHOOSING WHICH ACCESSIBLE
 ELEMENTS TO PROVIDE, PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE

 DRINKING FOUNTAINS; AND (VI) WHEN POSSIBLE, ADDITIONAL
 ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS SUCH AS PARKING, STORAGE, AND

 SUBMITTAL; THE PLANS INDICATE A NEW ELEVATOR, THIS
 ELEVATOR WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH THE 2010
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 3001.3 ACCESSIBILITY.
 PASSENGER ELEVATORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ACCESSIBLE BY
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ACCESSIBILITY.
  
 4B) PROVISO SHOP DRAWINGS TO FOLLOW< DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL. NEW WORK. 2010 FBC-B 3001.5.1 EACH NEW
 ELEVATOR SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA ELEVATOR SAFETY
 CODE THAT WAS IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF RECEIPT OF
 APPLICATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FOR THE
 ELEVATOR. NO SUBMITTALS FOR EITHER THE FREIGHT
 ELEVATOR.
  
 5) SEMI-COMPLIED. THE PLANS SHOW A 1 HOUR RATED WALL ON
 THE 1ST FLOOR MISSING ON LS 1.2. 3002.1.1 OPENING
 PROTECTIVES. OPENINGS IN HOISTWAY ENCLOSURES SHALL BE
 PROTECTED AS REQUIRED IN CHAPTER 7. DOORS ARE (1) HOUR
 FIRE RATED NOT SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 6-9) COMPLIED.
  
 10) SINCE THIS BUILDING IS CHANGING THE USAGE TYPE FROM
 STORAGE TO MINI STORAGE UNITS TTHE PLANS WILL NEED TO
 GO TO P B C IMPACT FEE OFFICE FOR ASSESSMENT OF IMPACT
 FEES.
  
 11) NEW COMMENT, SHEET LS2 NOT CHANGED OUT SHOWING THE
 LULA LIFT TO THE 2ND FLOOR NOR THE REQUIRED 1 HOUR
 ENCLOSURE AND DOOR.
