 THE HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM THE GRADE TO THE PEAK

 5.) ANY DECORATIVE FEATURES, PARAPETS, CHIMNEYS, ETC.
 SHALL NOT EXCEED THE DISTRICT HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS BY 10

 6.) THE VALUE OF THE SCOPE OF WORK EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT
 OF THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE. THEREFORE, THE PROPERTY
 MUST COME INTO COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV,
 LANDSCAPING, OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR). THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE
 REVIEWED SEPARATELY. A SEPARATE PERMIT SHALL BE

 INDICATES THAT TREES AND PALMS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE

 RELOCATED WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A TREE ALTERATION

 GROUPS OF THREE (3) PALMS.
