 1) SHEET AS 103 THE ENLARGED DEMO SITE PLAN. IT APPEARS
 THE GOLF PRO-SHOP 1ST FLOOR WILL BE OCCIPIED AND OPEN
 FOR THE PUBLIC. IF SO PLEASE PROVIDE WHAT SAFE GAURDS
 WILL BE PUT IN PLACE TO INSURE THIER SAFETY ENTERING
 AND EXITING THE BUILDING WHILE THE REMAINDER OF THE
 SITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
 2010 FBC-B 3302.1 REMODELING AND ADDITIONS. REQUIRED
 EXITS, EXISTING STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, FIRE PROTECTION
 DEVICES AND SANITARY SAFEGUARDS SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT
 ALL TIMES DURING REMODELING, ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR
 ADDITIONS TO ANY BUILDING OR STRUCTURE.
 3302.2 MANNER OF REMOVAL. WASTE MATERIALS SHALL BE
 REMOVED IN A MANNER WHICH PREVENTS INJURY OR DAMAGE TO
 PERSONS, ADJOINING PROPERTIES.
 3303.2 PEDESTRIAN PROTECTION. THE WORK OF DEMOLISHING
 ANY BUILDING SHALL NOT BE COMMENCED UNTIL PEDESTRIAN
 PROTECTION IS IN PLACE AS REQUIRED BY THIS CHAPTER.
  
 2) THIS SAME SHEET IT APPEARS NO REMODELING WILL TAKE
 PLACE ON THE INTERIOR OF THE GOLF PRO-SHOP AND WILL BE
 OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, PLEASE PROVIDE A RATED FIRE BARRIER
 BETWEEN THE ACTIVE WORK SITE 1ST FLOOR OF THE CLUBHOUSE
 AND PRO SHOP. 3306.5 BARRIERS. BARRIERS SHALL BE A
 MINIMUM OF 8 FEET (2438 MM) IN HEIGHT AND SHALL BE
 PLACED ON THE SIDE OF THE WALKWAY NEAREST THE
 CONSTRUCTION. BARRIERS SHALL EXTEND THE ENTIRE LENGTH
 OF THE CONSTRUCTION SITE. OPENINGS IN SUCH BARRIERS
 SHALL BE PROTECTED BY DOORS WHICH ARE NORMALLY KEPT
 CLOSED.
  
 3) F] 3309.1 WHERE REQUIRED.
 ALL STRUCTURES UNDER CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION OR
 DEMOLITION SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH NOT LESS THAN ONE
 APPROVED PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 906 AND SIZED FOR NOT LESS THAN ORDINARY HAZARD
 AS FOLLOWS:
  
 3.1.AT EACH STAIRWAY ON ALL FLOOR LEVELS WHERE
 COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS HAVE ACCUMULATED.
  
 3.2.IN EVERY STORAGE AND CONSTRUCTION SHED.
  
 3.3.ADDITIONAL PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WHERE SPECIAL HAZARDS EXIST, SUCH AS THE
 STORAGE AND USE OF FLAMMABLE AND COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS.
  
 4) 3309.2 FIRE HAZARDS. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE SHALL BE STRICTLY
 OBSERVED TO SAFEGUARD AGAINST ALL FIRE HAZARDS
 ATTENDANT UPON CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS.
  
 5) DURING THE DEMOLITION AS WELL AS THE FONDATION WORK
 A THRESHOLD INSPECTOR SHALL BE ON SITE. THRESHOLD
 INSPECTION PLAN FL S. S. 553.71(7) " THRESHOLD
 BUILDING" MEANING ANY BUILDING WHICH IS GREATER THAN
 (3) STORIES OR 50 FT IN HEIGHT, OR WHICH HAS AN
 ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AS DENIED IN THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WHICH EXCEEDS 5,000 SQ FT IN AREA
 AND AN OCCUPANT CONTENT OF GREATER THAN 500 PERSONS.
  
 6) 109.3.6.1 THE ENFORCING AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A
 SPECIAL INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON
 A THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE
 STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 ENFORCING AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THRESHOLD BUILDING.
 THE PURPOSE OF THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN IS TO
 PROVIDE SPECIFIC INSPECTION PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULES SO
 THAT THE BUILDING CAN BE ADEQUATELY INSPECTED FOR
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE PERMITTED DOCUMENTS.

 SPECIFIED HEREIN. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR HIS DESIGNEE
 WILL REVIEW THE RESUME'. AFTER THE RESUME' IS REVIEWED,
 AN INTERVIEW WILL BE SCHEDULED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES

 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
