 THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN PASSED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING
 PROVISOS:
  
 1. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY, A
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED.
 APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES DIVISION ALONG WITH TWO (2) SIGNED/SEALED SETS
 OF LANDSCAPE PLANS AND A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE FOR
 ALL MATERIAL/LABOR.
  
 2. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY, A
 SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED.
 APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES DIVISION ALONG WITH TWO (2) SIGNED/SEALED SETS
 OF PLANS.
  
 3. SEPARATE DRIVEWAY PERMITS SHALL BE OBTAINED.
 APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES DIVISION ALONG WITH TWO (2) SIGNED/SEALED SETS
 OF PLANS.
  
 4. EACH RESIDENTIAL UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH ITS OWN
 INDIVIDUAL WATER METER. WATER METERS SHALL BE PLACED
 JUST INSIDE THE PROPERTY IN A DEDICATED UTILITY
 EASEMENT.
  
 5. THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK LOCATED ALONG THE FRONT OF THE
 PROPERTY SHALL BE REPLACED IN ITS ENTIRETY.
  
 6. A STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE ENGINEERING & PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT,
 ALONG WITH ANY OTHER PERMITS THAT MAY BE REQUIRED BY
 SUCH DEPARTMENT.
