| 6. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF ANY BUILDING PERMIT, THE |
| PROPERTY SHALL BE REPLATTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER |
| 177, FLORIDA STATUTES. AN APPLICATION FOR A MINOR |
| SUBDIVISION SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY?S PLANNING |
| DIVISION; A SEPARATE APPLICATION FOR TECHNICAL REVIEW |
| MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE CITY?S ENGINEERING & PUBLIC |
| WORKS DEPARTMENT. ANY AND ALL EASEMENTS REQUIRED SHALL |
| BE PROVIDED. |
