 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. TWO (2) COPIES OF THE APPROVED SITE PLAN SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 2. TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY
 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 3. SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED.
 APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES DIVISION ALONG WITH TWO (2) SIGNED/SEALED SETS
 OF LANDSCAPE PLANS AND A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE FOR
 ALL MATERIAL/LABOR.
  
 4. SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED.
 APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES DIVISION ALONG WITH TWO (2) SIGNED/SEALED SETS
 OF PLANS.
  
 5. SEPARATE DRIVEWAY PERMITS SHALL BE OBTAINED.
 APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES DIVISION ALONG WITH TWO (2) SIGNED/SEALED SETS
 OF PLANS.
  
 6. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF ANY BUILDING PERMIT, THE
 PROPERTY SHALL BE REPLATTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER
 177, FLORIDA STATUTES. AN APPLICATION FOR A MINOR
 SUBDIVISION SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY?S PLANNING
 DIVISION; A SEPARATE APPLICATION FOR TECHNICAL REVIEW
 MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE CITY?S ENGINEERING & PUBLIC
 WORKS DEPARTMENT. ANY AND ALL EASEMENTS REQUIRED SHALL
 BE PROVIDED.
  
 7. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 A. EACH RESIDENTIAL UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH ITS OWN
 INDIVIDUAL WATER METER. WATER METERS SHALL BE PLACED
 JUST INSIDE THE PROPERTY IN A DEDICATED UTILITY
 EASEMENT.
  
 B. THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK LOCATED ALONG THE FRONT OF THE
 PROPERTY SHALL BE REPLACED IN ITS ENTIRETY.
  
 C. A STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE ENGINEERING & PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT,
 ALONG WITH ANY OTHER PERMITS THAT MAY BE REQUIRED BY
 SUCH DEPARTMENT.
