 THE ORIGINAL SCOPE OF WORK WITH ADDING 3 PAIRS OF
 DOUBLE DOORS AND NEW TENANT DEMISSING WALLS SPLITTING
 SUITE # 301 INTO 2 SUITES, REPLACEMENT OF PLUMBING
 FIXTURES IN BOTH RESTROOMS WITH OUT THE INCREASE IN THE
 VALUE OF WORK .
  
 W P B ADMINISTRTIVE CODE 108.2 SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES.
 ON BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL,
 AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS OR ALTERATIONS REQUIRING A PERMIT,
 A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE
 APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.
  
 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFRENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 2) SHEET A-1.0 REVISION # 2 THE NEW WALL CONFIGURATION
 IN THE CORRIDOR AS WELL AS THE NEW TENANT FIRE
 PARTITION DOES NOT PROVIDE WALL IDENTIFICATION TAGS
 IDENTIFYING WHICH OF THE PARTITION DETAILS FOUND ON
 A-2.0 WILL BE USED IN CONSTRUCTING THESE WALLS. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THIS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 2010 WEST PALM
 BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER
 1, ADMINISTRATION, 107.2.1.3. 2010 FBC-B 709.1.6 AND
 709.4 CONTINUITY, 1018.1 CORRIDOR FIRE RESISTANCE AND
 1018.6 CONTINUITY.
  
 3) SHEET A-1.1 IN SUITE # 301 BEHIND THE NEW DOUBLE
 DOORS THERE APPEARS TO BE A VERTICAL DUCT AND NEW
 SHAFT, PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AS IF THIS
 IS A NEW SHAFT AND IF SO THE FIRE RATING ON THE SHAFT,
 CONFIGURATION OF THE COMPONENTS THAT MAKE UP THE SHAFT
 WALL ASSEMBLY. 2010 FBC-B 708.2 SHAFT ENCLOSURES
 REQUIRED.
  
 4) SHEET A-1.1 IN SUITE # 301 THE PLANS SHOW A EXIT
 LIGHT (FBC-B 1006.3.1) AND EMERGENCY BATTERY BACK-UP
 LIGHT (FBC-B TABLE 1006.1) , IN SUITE # 305 THE PLANS
 ARE MISSING THE EXIT LIGHT AS WELL AS THE EMERGENCY
 BATTERY BACK UP LIGHT.
