 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF ANY TREES, A TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING DIVISION. MITIGATION LIKELY WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 2. THE PLANNING DIVISION WOULD LIKE TO WORK WITH
 UTILITIES STAFF REGARDING THE POSSIBLE CONSTRUCTION OF
 A RECREATIONAL PATH IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPOSED
 WELLFIELD WORK. THE PROPOSED ACCESS PATH COULD BE
 EXTENDED TO MILITARY TRAIL, PROVIDE FOR AN EXPANSION OF
 THE EXISTING APOXEE TRAIL, PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR A
 TRAILHEAD ON MILITARY TRAIL AND/OR HAVERHILL ROAD, ETC.
  
 3. IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND
 ANY OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC ACCESS ALONG THE M-CANAL,
 CONSIDERATION SHOULD BE MADE TO LANDSCAPE AROUND THE
 OUTSIDE OF THE FENCING AT EACH WELL HEAD SITE.
  
 4. IS 100% OF THE VEGETATION TO BE REMOVED WITHIN THE
 LIMITS? IS THERE ANY CONSIDERATION TO LEAVE SOME OF THE
 NATIVE VEGETATION ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF THE
 ACCESS ROAD, ETC.?
  
 PLEASE CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS THESE COMMENTS FURTHER. I
 BELIEVE IT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL FOR THE PLANNING
 DIVISION TO SIT DOWN WITH UTILITIES STAFF AND DISCUSS
 THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT MAY EXIST WITH THE PROPOSED
 CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
