 THIS APPLICATION FAILED THE FIRST ELECTRICAL REVIEW AS
 NOTED BELOW. OF THE COMMENTS BELOW ALL BUT THE
 SUGGESTION FOR 3 & 4 WAY SWITCHING ARE CODE
 REQUIREMENTS. THE SWITCHING RECOMMENDATION ARE FOR BOTH
 CONVENIENCE AND ENERGY CONSERVATION. BY MAKING IT
 EASIER TO TURN THE LIGHTS ON AND OFF AS NEEDED YOU
 LEAVE LESS ROOM FOR THEM TO BE LEFT ON UNNECESSARILY.
 1. NOTE 7 OF THE ELECTRICAL PLAN NOTES OF PAGE CS, CALL
 FOR THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER TO BE ON A GFI CIRCUIT. THE
 2008 EDITION OF THE NEC AT ARTICLE 210.8 REQUIRES THAT
 ALL OUTLETS IN THE GARAGE BE GFCI PROTECTED.
 2. YOU NEED TO INCLUDE A NOTE AS TO THE NEC 314.27(A)
 REQUIREMENT THAT CEILING BOXES BE LISTED TO SUPPORT
 50#.
 3. AS PART OF THE DESIGN PARAMETERS OF PAGE CS, INCLUDE
 THE APPLICABLE ELECTRICAL CODE: NFPA 70, 2008, OR NEC
 2008 EDITION.
  
 BELOW ARE COMMENTS TYPICAL TO ALL EIGHT (8) UNITS
 RECOMMEND MULTIPLE SWITCHING FOR THE LIVING ROOM LIGHT.
 AT TIMES 3 WAY AND ON UNIT F A 4 WAY.
 OUTLET MISSING IN THE FOYER
 AT FIRST I DIDN'T SEE THE OUTLET FOR THE FRONT DOOR,
 AND LATE SAW IT ALONG THE EXTERIOR WALL.
 THE OUTLET PLACEMENT IN THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOMS
 DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE CORRECT WITH THE LINEAR FOOTAGE
 ALONG THE WALLS. CHECK FOR CONFORMITY WITH NEC 210.52.
 YOU WILL HAVE TO ADD OUTLETS TO MEET THE MINIMUMS.
 THERE IS AN OUTLET MISSING AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS.
 (USABLE WALL GREATER THAN 2')
 ACCORDING TO NEC 210.52 THERE SHALL BE AN OUTLET IN THE
 LANAI (PORCH)
 THE DISCONNECT FOR THE AHU AS WELL AS THE DISCONNECT
 FOR THE CU NEED TO BE READILY ACCESSIBLE AND CAN NOT BE
 BEHIND THE RESPECTIVE UNITS.
  
 MOST OF THE ITEMS MENTIONED ABOVE ARE TYPICAL OF ALL OF
 THE OTHER UNITS. THE MOST COMMON ISSUE AMONG ALL THE
 UNITS IS THE LACK OF OUTLETS AS PER THE LINEAR FOOTAGE
 WITH RELATION TO NEC 210.52. THERE CAN BE NO MORE THAN
 6' FROM THE EDGE OF A WALL OR ANOTHER OUTLET ALONG THE
 FLOORLINE. EVERY WALL GREATER THAN 2' REQUIRES AN
 OUTLET.
 WITH REGARDS TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR 3 & 4 WAY
 SWITCHING, I LOOK TO BE ABLE TO TURN ON THE LIGHT AS I
 ENTER THE ROOM; IF THE ROOM HAS AN EXIT TO ANOTHER AREA
 OF THE HOUSE I TRY TO SWITCH THE LIGHTS FROM THAT POINT
 AS WELL.
 BECAUSE NO INDICATION OF WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 FEEDER BETWEEN THE TRANSFORMER AND THE METER AND NOTE
 AS TO THE REQUIRED CONDUCTOR INSULATION LISTING SHALL
 BE ENTERED. "AS PER NEC 300.5(B) THE INTERIOR OF A
 RACEWAY WHETHER UNDERGROUND OR IN A CONCRETE SLAB SHALL
 BE CONSIDERED A "WET LOCATION" THEREFORE ALL CONDUCTOR
 WITHIN THE RACEWAY SHALL BE LISTED ACCORDINGLY.
  
 A FULL SITE PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED. ON THAT SITE PLAN
 YOU SHALL INDICATE WHERE/HOW WILL THE CONDUIT FOR THE
 FEEDERS BE RUN. YOU SHALL INCLUDE ON THE SITE PLAN THE
 LOCATION OF FPL TRANSFORMERS PRIMARIES AND SECONDARIES
 TO THE INDIVIDUAL UNITS. YOU SHALL ALSO INCLUDE ALL
 SITE LIGHTING IN ACCORDANCE WITH FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION CODE. IF THESE ARE GOING TO BE PRIVATELY
 OWNED UNITS SOME SORT OF EASEMENT SHALL BE ESTABLISHED
 AND SUBSEQUENTLY RECORDED IF THE RACEWAYS WILL BE
 CROSSING UNDER SOMEONE ELSES PROPERTY.
