 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) IT IS UNCLEAR TO WHERE THE NEW ALUMINUM FENCE WILL
 BE LOCATED. PLEASE IDENTIFY/HIGHLIGHT THE LOCATION IN
 THE PLANS.
  
 2.) HOW TALL IS THE ALUMINUM FENCE? THE PROPOSED FENCE
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 6 FT. IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED
 SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS, AND 4 FT. IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE
 REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK. (ZLDR S.94-302(B)(1))
  
 3.) THE PROPOSED FENCE CANNOT ENCROACH ON TO THE
 NEIGHBORING PROPERTY.
  
 4.) ARE THERE UTILITY EASEMENTS ON THE PROPERTY?
 EASEMENT CONSENTS FROM THE UTILITY COMPANIES WILL BE
 REQUIRED IF THE PROPOSED FENCE ENCROACHES UPON A
 UTILITY EASEMENT.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS
